Sakura is a lot better in Shippuden i admit, but in the origional naruto series she was known for her intellegent mind mostly, add that with her great strenght and healing abilities and shes a fine shinobi in my book

At first i thought she was annoying and then when i got to volume 6 and saw her loyalty to her team i got a new respect for her but i like her most in shippuden because shes no longer distracted really by sasuke much and i also think sakura is mature because nobody was really there for her she had to find a mentor for herself.sakura is my favorite female charecter besides Hinata

The only fight where she wasn't useless was against Sasori, and that was because Chiyo helped her.

It's so weird to me how much people hate pre-time skip Sakura. Sure, she's a boy-obsessed girl, but what's wrong with her? She's definitely not my favorite character, but even pre-time skip, she wasn't bad. Just because she didn't do as much as Naruto or Sasuke did in missions doesn't mean she sucks, it just means she has different strengths than them. And if you think she's annoying... well, I guess that just comes down to your taste in characters and opinion.

I like Sakura she's like the normal ninja caught up in these incredible events, she has endured a lot, and she is still trying. I think she could have been written better, but I like what he was trying to do.

Seriously you can't compare her to naruto and sasuke. Those two are so op its not even funny anymore. She tried to take sasuke down herself and she does try hard. I personally can't seem to hate her or perticularly like her cause I believe she has some growing up to do when it comes to sasuke.

I kinda disliked how she was so obsessed with Sasuke in the beginning.. But i've started to like her in Shippuden.
