I personally like blackbeard one moment hes giving speaches about endless dreams then another he agueing about pie then another hes the biggest jerk in the world then another hes the biggest coward in the world.

Required the entire cast of Black Lagoon,all underground gansters including Balalaika's entire Army Commando to even have a chance against her on a rampage and she still freaking owned them in the most hardest way possible.

Motherforker stole the main character's memories, heartlessly burned the books of people who couldn't fight back, and when the heroes finally took down another bad guy's plot to destroy the world, HE friggin' hijacked his plan and enslaved all his minions. Plus he's a lightning-firing BAU5

My favorite villain ... This is tough... I have to say Mephisto from Ao no Exorcist Or maybe Hinata from A Black Rabbit has Seven Lives ... Fuuu probably Shion when she goes mad in that one arc of Higurashi Or Zeref from Fairy Tail though he really isn't a villain in my eyes ~ I have alot! Even I love Sasori from Naruto Edit: I forgot Tiki from D.Gray-Man !!

Don't really have a favorite, but Beatrice from Umineko and Diva from Blood+ are both pretty epic.
Orochimaru and Kabuto aren't too bad either

Creed Diskenth. He's friggin invulnerable, has a sword that is basically hax, and he has an obsession for Train. Plus, he does a lot of really evil stuff.

Anyway Alois from Black Butler ( he is the shiit  )Sting (since he still is technically an enemy ) fairy Tail Rogue, I have a feeling Rouge is going to turn straight to Fairy Tail after his fight with Gajeel ... (My fairy tail talk  )Anyway !! Father from FMA Brotherhood Greed too cause he was still the dominated character, he wasn't an enemy but he did kick ass playing the villain :c I have to many loves for villains fuuuuu
