Who should become the next hokage?

Who, in your opinion, should be given the honor of becoming the next hokage?

There has been a lot of discussion about who people think will be the next hokage, but I'm interested in knowing which character people would rather want as the next hokage.

There are other characters who would fit the role, Naruto doesn't have to be the ultimate or obvious choice. But if Naruto is your choice, then fine.

It's needs to be someone strong and able to make rational decisions, Naruto yes is likely the strongest to become Hokage, I'm not sure though if he's quite there yet to make rational decisions for every individual under his care, in that position. So maybe one of the other known 9-12 originals, well minus a couple though.

I believe Shikaku would've made a great hokage (he's rational, wise, strategic, a genius and never lets personal feelings interfere in his decisions). Naruto is too young in my opinion (so is Gaara but unlike Naruto he's very composed and not that impulsive) and lacks both experience and most of the traits that you should have in order to become a hokage. But unfortunately Shikaku has passed away and his son is too lazy to become a hokage (and has never wanted it anyway).

But on the other hand Naruto has the most will to become the next hokage, is someone people can depend on and is working hard to reach his goal.

Konahamaru is way too young and the rest have never aspired to become a hokage in the first place.

I'm still very undecided about this.
