Does Poison work on Hidan?

It should, even if it doesin't kill him it does have paralyzing effects and we know Hidan doesin't have a faster healing ability as seen when his neck never healed after being reattached similar to Deidara even after 3 days.

Of course he did heal the burns

but still the poison should at the very least paralyze him after at least a minute upon being poisoned, giving Sasori the chance to chop him into pieces.

Does sasori even have blood anywhere else but his 'heart' i mean hes a puppet. Even if he would be able to break through hiruko.

Hidans one and only gimmick is nearly rendered useless.

Exactly; Sasori lacks blood and because of that Hidan's only technique is completely useless. So it's an immortal guy with a scythe but no supernatural attacks against 100 puppets and Sasori himself, who is armed with poison darts and flamethrowers among other things...
My final conclusion is that Sasori wins. Hidan's only hope for victory is to pierce Sasori's heart, which he can quickly teleport between puppets to save himself.

Sasori nullifies Hidan's ability. You can't get blood from Sasori unless you take his heart and then you win but I don't see Hidan doing that. Hidan would have lost to Asuma if it wasn't for his immortal ability and if you don't have taijutsu better than Asuma and no ninjutsu what so ever, like Hidan, Sasori will cut Hidan up like a fish with Iron Sand or the 100 puppets.

Sasori with mid-difficulty. Only blood on him is his heart, which is his highest priority. Attacking from a distance works well for him. Too many advantages for the puppet-master.

I'd say the outcome of this completely depends on if the place is blown up and has an open roof.

If it does, Deidara bombs him from the air.
If not, poison, GG.

Ooh, thats a toughie, Hidan would have to destroy Huriko and take some of Sasori's blood in order to finish him off, then again, sasori IS a human puppet, who knows what Sasori would have to do in order to defeat Hidan?

i think it would be sasori because hidan is short-tempered we saw hidans power in the battle where hidan and kakuzu fought cell 7 and cell 10 in what i remeber was in volume 30 i believe and that hidan gets too full of himself and then ends up failing himself,losing the battle

I'd say Sasori wins.
Hidan is immortal, yes, but he needs that curse jutsu to be haxx. He needs Sasori's blood , and since Sasori's a puppet, he'd have a hard time taking his blood ( he doesn't have any).
that's a defect, while Sasoris is at 100%.
Even though Hidan is immortal, Sasori can use all those jutsu and puppets to bury him underground or disembody him.
