Personality: Shiko is quiet and non-imposing, causing many to believe he would never get a high position. He does not often allow people to know what he is thinking, or gives them a false thought to calm their nerves. Shiko is also hard working at what he does and often shows silent determination toward his goals. Though he can be somewhat indecisive on larger matters, relying on his Zanpakutou to help him make decisions often.

Jaakumetsu: Its sealed state is that of a small knife with a single edge.
Shikai: Triggered by the command "Purge Evil from This World". Its released state consists of two black serratted blades.
Shikai Special Ability: The two blades have increased sharpness and have little difficulty cutting through dense material such as stone, they are also suprisingly lightweight allowing for ease of use.
Bankai: Keiji Shobatsu (Criminal Punishment): A variety of weapons can be accessed through this Bankai.

Keiji Shobatsu-ho 1: Kyuna Shi (Criminal Punishment Act One: Swift Death): A long trident that seems as if it has been sharpened 100 times over. Its ability is that it is weightless, allowing such a long weapon to be wielded masterfully at high-speed. However it hides a blade within the pole that can be detached to use for a surprise attack. It is meant to "Give evil a swift death". This is the form the zanpakuto starts in when using Bankai.

Keiji Shobatsu-ho 2: Aku Ansatsu (Criminal Punishment Act Two: Assassination of Evil): A Large Shuriken that is extremely heavy, though its owner does not feel this due to his spiritual connection allowing a heavy weapon to be thrown quite easily. Its great weight causes it to be very difficult to block successfully. It is meant to "Make evil feel the weight of their crimes". When this is used a 二 appears on Shiko's left cheek, representing this being the second form of his Bankai.

Techniques

Base Form Techniques
Dissection:In base form he slashes away at his opponent rapidly while moving with great agility to strike multiple points. During this technique his base form is held much like a scalpel, earning its name.
Underworldly Dissection: Dissection is used twice in a row by using Shunpo to get behind the target and repeat the attack.

Shikai Techniques
Hasami (Scissors): In Shikai form he uses both his swords slashes them both across in a way that resembles scissors
(Unnamed, dubbed Tiger's Fangs): In Shikai form he holds both swords in a reverse grip, altering his fighting style to emphasize on faster attacks from both sides.
(Unnamed, dubbed Somersault Stab): While using Tiger's Fangs he jumps and somersaults forward in mid-air before coming down on the target, stabbing with both his 'fangs'.

Bankai Techniques

Kyuna Shi Form
Execution Sphere: Shiko twirls and spins the Trident around him at high speeds, disconnecting it and reconnecting it all throughout the spin. This is all done in fluid motion, creating a 'sphere' of which causes anything besides the user within to be punished with sharp blades.

Shuriken Techniques
Jaakutsume (Evil Nails): He holds three shuriken between his knuckles while making a fist, resembling claws. He can use this technique for close range combat and generally uses it in one hand while using the other for supportive movement.
Tiger Claws : He uses Spirit Thread or cloth to wrap one shuriken around each hand as a close range fighting style
Unnamed (Dubbed Death Tiger's Rampage): First Shiko pulls his arms back past their limits, dislocating them while breathing inward and welling up Reiatsu. Shiko then swings both arms at the intended target releasing the Reiatsu while exhaling, delivering a critical blow. Requires Tiger Claws which Reiatsu is used to sharpen and increase the damage of during the technique.

I know, I know, I tend to like to take my time with that stuff to get a proper working Bankai and not a broken mess so I'll post one when I have finished it. I do have a few ideas though
