Well, the ep where Gai was Hokage for a day or so, Lee asked Yamato to change the stone faces to Guy faces.
The recent Xmas ep, Sai, Naruto, and Sakura stumbled upon a place where it seems to be Yamato's apartment(though he actually lives in a luxurious house). Yamato was all alone, playing some games by himself. And looked like he was playing the Wii after hitting some blocks. And the top of the block had a Yamato face.
He and Sai were playing, I think it was called Twister. Where you spin something and depending on where the arrow lands, you have to put your limb at a certain color on the mat.

And another ep, where Lee and co. were at the BBQ, Yamato was outside drinking tea.

I could go on and on, but I'll just stop here.

Gotta add, in one ep, he was obviously eavesdropping from behind the booth chairs.
