Not even close, bro. Tsunade is the reason for the mess, and Sasuke's problems are related to pig-headedness and listening to Madara. If Itachi hadn't spared him, it wouldn't matter if Tsunade was Kage or not, because Danzo would have everything else in hand behind the scenes. Hiruzen also carries some blame, too. This isn't just a silly trolling, there are very good reasons out there to support Danzo. A good place to start is Woo's Danzo thread in the Town Bookstore Archive.

The Uchiha Clan are the ones who signed their own death warrant
when they planned the coup d'etat against the village.
Sasuke wouldn't even be a problem had Itachi followed his orders.

I might be too affected by fanfiction, but Danzo is technically a WORSE guy than Orochimaru+Kabuto+Tobito put together...
He killed off at least one clan (or more) just due to politics.
He's a worse villain than those who kill due to being crazy - cause he does this in full control of himself...
I HATE politicians.
