in the end the appearence of the ninetails and it being seal into naruto was more like a miracle then a bad thing. since without the ninetails power on naruto. the world would of had never had a chance against madara and his awesome power. its like a blessing to be honest for the world. like narutos father stated that the ninetails power one day would be of great use.
