Spoiler Hinata Could Be Tobi's Next Target: WHY?

I know most of you are gonna say Hinata is been close to death twice and to kill her is unimaginable. Killing her and her being the target is not the same.


After reading chp 615 and listening to Obito's tauntings @ naruto? I could draw a certain pattern?

Obito Is testing Naruto's resolve in areas that HE himself suffered.

Obito is convinced he made the right choices and that there was no other way after all what he cared about was taken from him.

He has no parents just like Naruto and those others he might have held dear died. (His dream was to become Hokage; like Naruto he worked hard). Rins death topping in all.

Now that it has been established that Hinata is the one naruto cares about the most (at least to Tobi), Obito'll target her. Take her away from Naruto and see what Naruto's resolve would be. Can naruto continue to fight for his believes and goals or would he change.

OR Will Naruto continue to protect Hinata from this misfortune. oh well, we'll see.


RECONSTRUCTION to prevent misunderstanding
This is what i'm trying to say...

We all believe that Obito is gonna target Hinata --> you said it yourself...it's obvious!

Because Neji died in Hinata's stead, and because Hinata almos died against Pein, most people have ruled out the possibility of HINATA DYING right?
Based on that argument, it's true that if Hinata dies, Neji's death would be in vain. But is that proposition enough to SAVE Hinata?

But My argument is this; If Hinata doesn't die, then Tobi wouldn't have the chance to see another resolve than what he chose when Rin died. Naruto wouldn't have the chance to show Tobi a better perspective. The only way Tobi would be affected by Naruto is if he sees naruto make a better decision upon Hinata's death than He, (tobi) did with Rin.

Based on this, I argue that it's likely Hinata dies, even at the expense of making Neji's death vain.

I can see the comparison your drawing with Rin and Hinata but Naruto will try to protect her. It would be interesting though to see how Naruto reacts to her death and Obtio being like "yea it sucks doesn't it? Now come join the dark side."

on the contrary, the fact that she almost died two chapters ago and got saved by neji almost rules out the possibility of her death to us the audience... Many ppl are like... ok...hinata is safe now... based on that, i'd say it's not an obvious choice.

Actually it is. Tobito is gonna notice that she is important to Naruto, and he is gonna go apesh+t on her

I don't think she will die even if she is targeted and also other characters have almost died more then once like Naruto. Im sure those two will be fine. Also even if more people like her die I wouldn't be surprised if in the end Obito used his ability to bring everyone he killed back to life like Nagato did if Obito ever becomes good again which could be possible. I guess we will just have to see.

...that part about obito noticing is obvious... yea... but whether or not Hinata is gonna die or not is very unknown and unobvious.....

Her dying would make neji's sacrifice vain... mostly...
Her living would fail to test naruto in the capacity of Obito's/Rin experience, hence we wouldn't know what naruto's would have done differently from Obito.

He probably did have parents who were alive but we don't know what happened to them. But they should be dead now because you know Itachi slaughtered them

Yes she is so a target of obito.For one she has the same voice actor has hinata in english dub(not really important but still creeps me out).But the main reason is that rin died and obito truly loved her.Now naruto and hinata are together that makes obito mad because the one he loved died so he is gonna let naruto fill that same pain and greif that he felt when rin died.
