Deidara vs Mei

Lets remember that deidara is faster. After all he got away from team Guy. And had a small speed battle with saskue iirc

Anyway deidara could just go underground to dodge and get away from the enemy

Deidara never ran away from team Guy. Team Guy fought their clones while Deidara made his bird and FLEW away from Naruto and Kakashi.

But anyway Deidara pretty much has home field advantage and if he can keep Mei at distance till he can make a bird or dragon and fly up and then he just spams C2 and C1. He even has c3 and c4 if he is pushed that far. Mei doesn't really have the speed to blitz Deidara and not many good long range attacks and at Iwagakure Mei isn't all that mobile.

Well dediara is faster but ill try to find some chaps for proof. And MRI would have to stop in her tracks to use lava style or she would run into it and lava is slower and does not cover that much

Yes if Deidara goes airborn she has lost this.

Edit: after the bird is formed before it went airborn she could use her lava style, that would easily deform the clay rendering the bird useless.

I mean your strategy is nice and all but it wouldnt only work if you replace deidara with a immobile punching bag.

She could easily run to the side of the lava.

If they are in a stree Mei can run up the buildings block behind Deidara with Lava style and get him with the boil/gas thing before her can move. TBH if she is desregarding the public which since she is not neccessarily going to care about the villages she could easily just use boil release.

Edit: Lava release isn't slow she trapped Sasuke with it.

Also can Mei use clones if so she can use a clone to do Lava style the other side of Deidara that way she isn't putting herself directly in her path and she is able to trap him.

Mei can not use clones
They are nit dightig in a street
Just because mei caught an exahusted saskue does not mean the lava is fast. Saskue stood still and eas caught by surprise. The lava had neer hit the enemy sucessfully

Iwagakure is a town is it not? If memory serves towns have streets. Even without clones scale the wall block both sides. Or just get above his current height since your arguement is so reliant on Deidara taking flight.

Also Boil release could still be used without trapping him

I gave more and better speed feats to prove Dediara is faster while you have not. So far Dediara is faster. Dediara can use clones (clay clones) but not Mei. Even if she walked on walls Dediara can walk on walls as well or run into an ally. Or Dediara could use his explosive on a buliding for it to crumble and intercept the lava. Or Dediara could go underground. There is multiple ways to dodge and avoid the SLOW lava style.

Dediara does not need to fly just throw C1 or C2

Boil is not an insant kill. It causes instant pain but Dediara can still fight or go underground even

Wait so mei can close 50 meters of distance and perform both boil and lava release without deidara taking action of any kind? Again perfect for a bozing bag but we are talking about deiara a ninja who managed to keep his distance from both gaara, kakashi(hokage candidate mind you) and a pissed of naruto.

Deidara will already be in the air at which point there is nothing mei can do except watch the pretty lights from C3 blow up in her face.

And is their any reason deiara could not do the same? Even if he didnt mei's height would be limited to the buildings while deidaras on his clay bird would be not.

Deidara would be in the air before she could reach him. The lava will merely fall back down again or be dodged. Acid mist can also be dodged by taking it to the air or alternatively be blown away by bombs.

She beat a sasuke who fought through a ton of samurai, got beat down by attack and hit by a collabo attack by another kage and 3 kage guards. Not to mention the damagae chojuro did. Mei would get amaterasu'd if sauce wasnt so exhausted.

Boil does not help. It does damage but not an instant kill

Lava is the only way. But lava is slower like Mei is slower than Dediara.

but vapor style almost melted a state of susanno'o most people can't beat. Plus, Mei can use mist, Deidara can't see in it , thus doesn't know where the attack is coming from. Mei hasn't even shown most of her abilities anyways, we only saw 2.

ya but it took time for the mist to travel. This is an open area so the boil will spread and has more of an area to cover. The susanoo was melting but Saskue was not. THe boil will do SERIOUS damage but Dediara can still use bombs.

Nobody has had an issue seeing in the boil mist

EXACTLY SHE HAS ONLY SHOWN TWO !! This is why she is not that good IMO
