Sharigan has muiltiple levels of activations, dimisions, unblockible attacks, and total defences.

Byakugan lets you see 360 degrees and has 1 total defense move which im sure could be broken by a really powerful ninjutsu.

so i go with sharigan

Depends.. What bloodline are you goin with for the Uchiha? Are you able to have both Sharingan and Rinnegan like Madara and Tobi,? or would it be kinda basic like Kakashi? ( i know he is not part of the clan, but I am using him as a reference since he did get obitos eye) I picked the Uchiha though.. Itachi is one of my favorite charcters.
