Why wouldn't Itachi use it to get out?

And this is all assuming Sasuke can even use it, which he can't.

Cause he's a lunatic who fights recklessly considering that despite being blinded he kept spamming MS techniques.

Anyway:
Sasuke doesn't even know them so it's irrelevant unless proven he can use them by Manga Canon.

the only thing that may be more powerful is his Amaterasu control... besides that Itachi is better.

Itachi going all out would win due to his vairity and knowledge.
