I have been up since 10 AM yesterday! It's almost 8 O'clock

And I think I feel a migraine coming in

The worst part: I can't sleep. I have been off some of my meds for weeks, and it all comes down to this!? Goddammit

You should make yourself do a quick 2 or 3 minute jog(quarter mile anyways) and see how your body reacts. Most likely it will want to kill itself and make you go to bed minutes later
