Portgas D. Ace vs. Human Torch

The fight takes place in a random city.
Ace is at full power.
Human Torch cannot fly, but has the rest of his abilities.

There is a dome around them and only the winner can escape.

Who wins?

Ace = hypersonic.

his intangibility makes him immune to any attacks unless he is either a) surrounded by sea stone. b) hit by magma c) hit by haki

The only way Torch could win this is by creating magma with superheat and superspeed on some rockshit, but! Aces haki would mean he'd know that attack is coming and counter it accordingly.

Torch is only peak human strength too, while Ace is 100+ tons, so the concept of the Torch throwing boulders of magma is out of the question.

Both are incredible HtH fighters (Ace was able to keep up, and beat Luffy with his DF powers while Ace had no fruit.)

Ace is also incredibly trained with his fruit.

Intangibility, speed and haki take the Torch down :3

Torch can't harm Ace because Ace is made of fire and he turn into it to avoid physical hits.
I guess Ace can punch Torch since Torch can't avoid hits like Ace can.

It's kind of cheap how Human Torch lost one of his signature abilities (flight) but Ace gets to keep all of his including haki. If Torch had flight he could carry Ace into space where he can keep burning but Ace would die.

But if we wanted to be cheap, Human Torch goes Supernova and destroys the Earth's atmosphere ending life on the planet. While he can survive Ace cannot, thus Johnny Storm wins the fight.

Have your read the first post? There's a dome, he can't fly because of it, and he couldn't take him into space even if he could fly.
You see:
Torch with flight > Ace at full
Torch without flight = Ace at full
Torch without flight > Ace without haki

Torch can fly at a really high speed and there's not way that Ace can keep up. Even if Ace can use haki to avoid attacks, Torch's speed would probably exceed Ace's.
That's why I had to take away his power, because he's way stronger than Ace.
Now, without flught, they are a tie IMO.
Ace would have a hard time to punch Torch since he's probably fast without f

Nope, he could've gone through the magma. He just tanked it to stop the fist from hitting Luffy. Still, it won't matter since they're both immune to each other.

IIRC, Ace hasn't shown any Color of Observation haki feats, plus Armament haki only nullifies DFs, nothing else.

Uhhhhhh. When did he EVER carry anything 100+ tons? Do you mean the Entei? That's debatable as it's a ball of plasma, and it can't hurt HT either way.

Well it was the anime's explantion or at least what I got out of it. This fight hinges on if ace lost because of a stronger heat or if he's really just immune to anything heat based

Torch can heat himself to a level where Adamantium inside Wolverine glows bright red

Wolverine fell inside a star..came out and his bones weren't even red hot..or even that hot really (he regenerated about ten hours later)

so yeah..his Nova can super heat a metal that can survive sinking into the surface of our sun..and remaining there for several minutes

oh and Torch can do this casually

Ace isn't anywhere near class 100 Ben Grim and Colossus can run around casually one shotting Gold D Roger golden Lion Shiki Garp black beard and whitebeard and shanks and everyone else

and they aren't anywhere near class 100- when marvel and DC talk class 100's they mean "makes planets shake " as bare minimum

Ace would be fodder tier to any mid tier brick in marvel

He definitely said something about his own fruit being superior to ace's. Hotter may not have been the best way to put it,but lava in hotter than fire. Thus it's safe to assume that temperature could have been the key.
