Sunagakure no Sato's because its easy to identify
Kumogakure no Sato's because its cool looking
Konohagakure no Sato's because its unique.

Kumogakure is more unique in my opinion. :P

Takigakure's. It looks like an inverted arrow and it's great to use as a symbol for telling people to go to hell.

In all honesty, I think that Sunagakure has the coolest symbol. Amegakure's symbol isn't too bad either.
