Point is he can freeze her water. And she could've just transformed Toshiro's bankai then. He doesn't need direct contact. (Froze Whitebeard with a ice breath and Tsunami feat) As long as his ice comes into contact then he's fine, but its the same with toshiro

Thing is he doesn't NEED to make her water into his weapon. Toshiro has more control over ice, sure. But Kuzan controls his own ice well enough that it doesn't even matter. His freezing power is leagues above Toshiro's. His range is far above toshiros. His freezing speed is far above toshiros. Honestly

I do know that and that's completely different from slicing power. There's also the fact that Harribel's attack was somewhat instant and it's questionable if Aokiji can even react.

WB's quake punches cause tsunamis. TSUNAMIS. shockwaves so powerful that people on islands far away feel them. Don't think slicing makes much of a difference here.

The same can be said for Mihawk's casual slices but Luffy still dodges those. And again it doesn't really matter since he's a logia. And didn't toshiro react in time to make an ice clone?

You actually have a point here, but when he cut the frozen tsunami behind Luffy in half, the ice was actually crackly slowly unlike Toshiro's clone which broke instantly along with his bankai, which shows that Harribel's slice was either more powerful or faster. And he didn't really react, he had some preparation for it hence when he said "godd thing I took extra precautions" or something along those lines.

Again Aokiji has super strength and speed even without his abilities. He can literally one shot Halibel casually. So even if Halibel could reverse it the natural fighting gap is massive.

He is considered one of the top fighters in his verse. He has fought fighters who are capable of neutralizing his abilities with haki. More than a few of them probably stronger than Luffy. Halibel couldn't even handle a pre skip Luffy's strength.

In fact most of his Devil Fruit attacks require Kuzan to contact his enemy directly to freeze them. I know he found ways like creating ice spears to extend his combat range but Halibel can dodge them without much difficulty. There's also the fact that water is actually his weakness like all Devil Fruit users. Freezing it won't do any good as Halibel can turn it into water at will.

Well Aokiji still can't see it coming. I looked at the chapter you gave me and it looked like it took all 3 of the Admirals to stop the quake punch, not just Aokiji by himself. There's also the fact that Halibel's slash is instant and WB's quake punch is not.

I think you missed the part where its instant and she won't be able to escape in time. And if she does escape it, which she won't, he'll just soru and then ice time or ice ball. She hasn't shown the power to convert water/ice without being in her ressureccion form. Unlike the Halle Berry's "instant" sword slash, you can actually tell how fast Ice age goes off.

You said it was cracking apart. That wasn't shown in the manga, after mihawks slash, one of the next panels shows the ice flying in the air. The iceberg tearing apart was done in the same fashion as Toshiro's clone being sliced apart.

And if Halle Berry releases, Kuzan freezes her water orb cocoon thing. Releasing is the only way she'd have any bit of a chance and its suicide
