Kakashi vs. Tobi/Obito

Kakashi can definitely win this if plays his cards right. Let's say the fight starts how it did in Chapter 608. Obito sends shuriken at Kakashi and Kakashi blocks it with Mud Wall. Next, Kakashi creates a lightning clone and goes underground while Obito can't see him (This really wouldn't take that much time-shadow clones are one handsign). If Obito tries to slash the clone with a shuriken he's going to get electrocuted and Kakashi can pop up and Raikiri him to the heart. If Obito sucks him into Kamuiland, Kakashi will have a clone that can attack Obito whenever he tries to phase out of Kakashi's attacks.

Nice but it already fails because obito can shoot fumas out of his eyes. Not requiring any touch.

^Obito would know that the lighting clone is a clone cuz of the sharigan.

Obito isn't going to expect that Kakashi would do that, so why would he shoot fumas out of his eye when he's already next to Kakashi? He shoots the fumas out as a long ranged attack. Close range he likes to suck people in with Kamui or attack with the objects in his hands (fuma shuriken, gunbai). He'd likely do what he actually did in Chapter 608 and attack with a fuma in his hand.

Wait... Why would Obito use fumas in the first place? Obito knows that it would be countered by mud walls or Kakashi could dodge or warp them away.
Obito did that when Kakashi was at his limits not when it is at full health. If this would happen then you gotta explain how Kakashi gets so tired

Obito's Kamui can't do that-only Kakashi's can. Sharingan doesn't distinguish clones (only Madara can do that). At any rate, Kakashi could use a shadow clone instead of a lightning clone which I know for a fact the sharingan cannot differentiate.

Shooting projectiles from his eye or using a fire style attack is how Obito attacks from a distance. It has nothing to do with how tired his opponents are. Both could be blocked by Mud Wall. The point of the Mud Wall is to hide Kakashi from Obito while he makes the clones and goes underground, it also uses up a lot less chakra than Kamui. Kakashi would wait for Obito to use a ranged attack to put up the wall so that Obito would only think that it was used as a defensive measure and not really as it's true purpose of hiding Kakashi while he makes his clone.

I still dont see why he doesnt simply phase through the raikiri. He could shoot fumas because he doesnt have to physically exert himself to slice kakashi with what is supposed to be a long range weapon anyway.

Hmmm-how can I explain this...maybe it will make more sense if you reread Chapter 608 to get a better sense of what I'm envisioning. Obito shoots fumas at Kakashi=>Kakashi blocks with mud wall=> Obito runs towards Kakashi, grabs a fuma shuriken stuck in the wall and phases through the wall. During this time Kakashi is making a clone and going underground.=>Kakashi clone is only a few feet away from the wall so Obito attacks it with the fuma shuriken in his hand. This causes Obito to be electrocuted and stuns him, giving Kakashi the time he needs to Raikiri Obito. Chapter 422 does a good job of showing how this works. Asura path is stunned by the lightning clone and gets smashed by Choji's dad. Chapter 423 shows the speed at which Kakashi can attack from underground.

Would being 'electrocuted' really prevent obito from phasing? Because it doesnt require movement/handseals/action like other jutsu. Hence being stunned having little to no effect the way i see it)

I think so. A full body electric shock would affect the nervous system and Obito would be stunned from the attack in not only a physical sense, but a mental sense as well. Even if he recovered from the mental stun quickly, it would give Kakashi enough time to attack.

Guys relax I already proved that obito would not even attack the clone cuz with he sharigan obito would know it is a clone plus obito would not be so reckless with a Kakashi at full health

When did you prove this? Sharingan can't tell the difference between clones and the real thing, hence Sasuke being tricked by Deidara's clay clone. Obito being reckless or not is just your opinion with no evidence to back it up.

Erg my B I always get bykugan feats and sharigan feats mixed up.

My other point still stands firm. Obito did that when he was at full health and Kakashi was struggling. Obito is not that overconfident to do that to Kakashi at full health. Also obito wanted him to suffer for what happened to rin. The sceniro is tottLly different. Especially when obito and tobi have no emotional attachments to each other

The plan may work but I don't see obito and Kakashi doing the same thing

I didn't even think about sending a clone to kamui land. Good idea, Godaime.

Also, byukugan can't see clones either, see Naruto fight. Of course, that requires splitting chakra evenly between you and your clones.

Obito hadn't fought Kakashi until after they had to go toe-to-toe with the Jinchuriki. You can use Kakashi's fatigue against him in a fight vs. Tobi. Kakashi can clearly use kamui loads of times now, and won't just be panting on the ground as a fire wall comes at him. Kakashi could send some ninja hounds to kamui land too. That would really screw Tobi up

The bykugan can tell the difference between clones. Just not shadow clones. But water or earth clones they can tell the difference cuz it's not pure chakra... Get it?

Also if the hounds go to kaumi land then tobi pins them down with chains or rods or other weapons

Note: hounds only did damage to someone with eyes closed
