Dawnguard definitely if you want more stuff to do...and if you have a genocidal distaste for vampires like me. Hearthfire is more of a specialized interest in my opinion.

I don't hold a particular dislike towards vampires - As a concept, I actually rather like them. Still, if they get in my way, like anything else they're primed for slaughter. At any rate, does Dawnguard have any particularly cool loot or quests involved; or is it pretty much standard-fare?

As for Hearthfire, I imagined it would be, although I do somewhat enjoy building / creating things, so for 400 MS points it might be worth the investment.

But yeah, you get pretty nice loot if you choose to be a Dawnguard (I don't really care for that holy aspect of it, I just don't like vampires >:C) or vampire.

Ah yes, I'd heard word of new Skyrim DLC and what people had found in the source code of the 1.8 title update. Riding Dragons = Instant purchase. I don't much like the image, though, the helmet makes the user look very tired, and as if they are vomiting tentacles. Still...Dragons.

It's basically a new game, with you being in Solstheim, which is in Morrowind (which is odd, as this game is named Skyrim, but I digress). I've barely gotten into it, but this is more challenging and all like: DAYUM.

A few months back, a PC gamer hacked into Skyrim and then bypassed the map limits, meaning that he went beyond Skyrim. How exactly far did he go? Far enough to visit the Citadel from Oblivion, see the Shivering Isles, go across a large chunk of land that was apparently Morrowfall, along with what may have possibly been the Dominion. Keep in mind that the gamer had simply only removed the physical map's constraints, and nothing more. No mods. No software, other than what had already been packed inside the game's disc.

So what does that mean? I'll leave it up to your imagination.

I know. He saw the Red Mountain in Morrowind and the Tower in the Imperial City. Now, the Red Mountain is in eyesight of that DLC.

I highly doubt that we're gonna go back to Cyrodil, as going to a Morrowind island in Skyrim is already a stretch, but still, I think it's just a little easter egg thrown in.

Actually, no. They're more Easter Eggs than anything because everything beyond the limits are low res and such.

Yes, they're low res because currently, there's no use for them. Nothing to fill them up with. At this point, the landmasses are little more than just reserved placeholders.

The question is, placeholders for what? DLC, that's what.

Nah, Skyrim is reaching the end of it's lifespan. The next TES game will come out around 2015 or so. I predict it'll be Hammerfell due to the conflicts with the Thalmor there.

I use adept and sometimes very easy but then again I only use my fists..

Expert for me. Depending on the occasion, I might switch to Master (rarely) or Common (much more frequently).

Any skills have you maxed out yet, Saiyan?

Doesn't mean that there won't be another DLC package or two dropping in the meantime.
If not that, then the placeholders will serve their use as mods.

Considering that the events of Oblivion had unfolded centuries before Skyrim, then I wouldn't be too sure about that.

I got 100 smithing, it's necessary for unarmed when it's very important to be able to tank and use daedric gauntlets as they give us the best unarmed boost for gauntlets with the Fists of Steel perk, I could have gone by with 90 but I just wanted to max it out.

After that I guess it would be enchanting for fortify unarmed, heavy armor, and lock picking (I have the skeleton key so it should be easy).

Legendary now with the update they released not too long ago. Damn, only fists O.o that's pretty cool.
