They are fighting in the same place Kimimaro fought Gaara and Lee.

They start about 15 meters away from each other.

they get all feats from anime and manga.

WOW this is a lil tougher

Neji- I want to say he wins cuz of 128 palms!!!! Kimmi can not keep up with that. With Air Palms Neji can hit him from afar. And the bykugan helps him see the bone bullets and react to dodge to them with rotation

Kimmi- the only thing I think he might win is with bone forest.... but his chakra points would be out before then.... but with generation feats he can blitz into that mode.....

they have no knowledge but from the outfit and style of Kimmi he knows he is one of Oro's men and may have a curse mark. Even IF!!!!!! Neji tries to end it quickly with 128palms Kimmi would see him coming and stick his bones out so this way Kimmi would still have charka and not as harmed and maybe hurt Neji. Also all Kimmi has to do is jump in the air and then a forest of bones come out of his back after he blitz into CS2. Air Palms can be dodged. and Neji can not rotate forever from Finger bullets. Kimmi tanked so much... I would not believe that a few taps and charkra shortage would finish off Kimmi especially when he has a chakra saving from the curse mark

Neji wins this, Neji may not be able to rotate forever, but he really doesn't need to. Digital shrapnel could be rotated or easily dodged by Neji who also had the advantage or air palms.

If Kimimaro tries to use bone forest, Neji rotates and since the bone forest is attached to Kimimaro's back not only would Neji be sending Kimimaro back his own attack with more than twice the force, but I imagine that you're bone unwillingly twisting in your back would cause a lot of Damage, even to him.

If Kimimaro comes in close he's at risk of having his chakra points blocked or his internal organs damaged by the gentle fist that doesn't require a direct hit, but glancing blow to do Damage.

Air Palms can also be dodged and I do not see them breaking through bones when they are like steel

roatation has not shown the power to rotate something on that level, and Larch Dance (or whatever his final dance was is enough to take out Neji plus he will not see it coming and again can not rotate forever)

The rotation is a defense that uses the enemies on strength against him, sending their power back at them with more than twice the force so anything that you launch at it will be sent back at you with more than twice the force you put into it.

Neji's Air Palms was not only able to break stone, but later one became powerful enough to take out and army of Zetsu and I know what you're going to say that it was a along side Hinata right? However even if you cut that number in half it was still a very wide range.

Also as I've told you many times before Neji doesn't need to rotate and how would he not see it coming, he would be able to see the chakra buldling up in his bones and moving to his back with his byakugan.

A bone attack to the spine or liver or neck or most other areas is death but not for one gentle fist attack... plus it will be harder to hit Kimmi with bones coming out every which way... that is why Lee had trouble landing a good hit

Kimmi can make tens of thousands of bones in his forest. Neji would run but not know to jump... which would not help anyway

yes the gentle fist would do damage but it is not a one hit kill nor do as much damage as a hit from bones. Plus how would Neji get a good hit in when bones are surronding Kimmi's body and Kimmi would be spinning so it would be practically impossible to hit

Neji may be able to dodge long range but Kimmi can spam his attacks instantly. Neji can not spam rotation. Kimmi has an endless supply of bones while TenTen has a limited supply of weapons and energy to throw them.

the bones do not always come from his back that was just in generations. Also after Neji is done rotating Kimmi can pop out of a bone and attack

SO Neji's only hope is a close up taijutsu attack like 128 palms... which would be hard to do while Kimmi is spinning with bones sticking out. Plus Neji only used that once to counter smaller objects and neji did not want to use it off the bat when he was close and Neji was only in one spot when he used it.... so it would be OOC and SUICIDAL to use it

Neji could use rotation to deflect him or ari palms to blow him back, Neji rarely ever get's hit and when he does it's by super fast attacks which I have not seen Kimimaro do. Drunken Lee is a double edged sword, he may be unpredictable, but he's still lee so he's going to need a direct hit, Neji does not

It was already explain that Neji's rotation is a better defense than Gaara's sand so why compare them, plus as soon as Kimi hit the barrier, he get sent flying or since he's using the vine he's get swung around and then sent flying

Yes, what the point in him moving when the enemies where coming to him, also he was kid back then and ever time that Neji using 64 palms and up now he moves while doing. It would OOC for Kimimaro to use Larch Dance off the bat since he always starts off fighting with a single bone sword, but you brought that up did you. and besides, you're basically repeating youself and I already told you how to counters this

Neji being about to fight on his defense has been shown many times other than just against TenTen, it's been shown in every single one of his fights.

The Neji does not have to touch you to hurt you, don't you remember how when Hinata tried to hit Neji and she missed, she didn't touch him and Kakashi said that, that was all that was needed for them to do damage. so rather Kimimaro is spinning or covered in bones wouldn't really matter. still needs to get close... something Neji can not afford to do. Plus it does more damage when it gets close/contact

Air Palms would push him back but all that maters is if that happens before or after Kimmi spins. Kimmi would only spin if Neji got close and by that time it may be too late to palm it. Kimmi can have bones sticking out and dodge palms

vine is long range and would not recieve damage. Kimmi can not bones appear from under neji while Neji is spinning.

Kimmi did not spam finger bullets cuz sand was the IDEAL counter. It was automatic and required lil to no energy on Garra's part. Neji would have ton CONSTANTLY dodge or rotate while Kimmi stands still and finers them one after the other. Eventually Neji would be the one to get tired faster

THAT IS MY POINT EXACTLY!!! Neji can not use 128palms cuz he stands still so he would be using 64 palms which never defeated anyone. Kimmi would start off with his level one dance but would then move to his next one. Kimmi can attack and defend with that dance . He can hold it and dodge the palms. Or attack with it if Neji gets close

With Neji's Byakugan, he can see inside Kimimaru and see where his bones will come out so if he strikes the area where his bones do not come out, Kimi will lose

so it does not matter if Neji can see the bones being formed. ALso the bykugan is not the sharigan. Neji can not foresee the bones coming out! There is no guranntee that Neji can react in time

WHie Neji is spinning or while Kimmi is turning his body so that Neji does hit the bones Neji will not be able to keep up

One other thing about Kimimaro. He can make a layer of bone under his skin across his whole body to protect himself even farther from damage. I don't see Neji's attacks being able to get through that, even if he could somehow manage to land enough strikes to make Kimmi use that defense. But since Kimmi is a master of close range taijutsu and has the perfect defense(sprouting bones anywhere on his body to impale his opponents no matter where they strike him), I don't think he'd even need to break out the bone armor.

Bone armour won't work against Gentle Fist cause it uses Chakra Needles which we know is energy thus should bypass it.
