Technically speaking yes, but then it wouldn't be Renamon vs. Lucario, it would be Kyubimon vs. Lucario, so we'll say no, for this.

Taken from Lucario's pokedex entry in the anime. I'm inclined to believe that Lucario has the upper hand. His aura vision provides him an exponential advantage.

There is also his versatility to consider. Close Combat, Force Palm and Bone Rush for general close-range combat, Aura Sphere and Dragon Pulse providing range, Dark Pulse granting him an AoE attack as well as useful situational moves such as Counter, Metal Sound, Quick Guard and Detect to supplement his efforts. Also, access to three different priority moves gives him incredible attack speed.

I think that Renamon would win if Lucario couldn't read thoughts. It would be hard as Lucario would still be able to read movements to predict attacks, but Renamon could bluff or mislead Lucario. Also Renamon's abilities are unknown to Lucario, arguably Renamon has the same problem. Renamon and Lucario physically are very similar but I think Renamon is more powerful.

Isn't an 'aura' spiritual energy in Pokemon canon?

It could be speculated that a digital creature such as Renamon has no aura to read. Props to Purotekuta for this idea; though he directed it as thoughts, which Renamon is shown to have in the series.

It isn't elucidated upon very much. However, Renamon being a digital being likely would not have such an aura for Lucario to perceive. However, in spite of this, I still believe Lucario would make for a somewhat troublesome opponent, though the result is far from being as certain as I previously anticipated.
