Okay, one of the bajillion threads like this, but whatever.

I just finished Blue Exorcist and want another anime to watch. I've got a lot on my MAL, but I just don't think I'm up for any of them right now. I want to watch Psycho-Pass and stuff, but I'm set on the week-by-week anime for now.

So yeah, any suggestions would be helpful. I'm mostly looking for something with a lot of action though, and relatively good animation.

Steins;gate-Slow at first,but great character development
chaos;head-Fast but little to no character development

Both are good,but each is the exact opposite of eachother in this regard

Seen both.

Steins;Gate was good. Not something I usually watch, but still good.
Chaos;Head wasn't so good. Not something I'd watch again, not something I regret.

D: Don't knock chaos;head. Sure we didn't get character development on the supporting cast, antagonists, church of the divine light, scifi on noah(or anything on Noah 1), and piss poor direction with takumi himself. But...umm it was still well, Hmm now that I think about it. The girls and curiosity were the only reason I kept on till the end. xD

The VN is way better though.

I just kept watching out of respect for Steins;Gate. Compared to it, Chaos;Head sucked. On its own, it wasn't that bad. I just wouldn't watch it again. It was mediocre at best, but still kind of cool at points.

To be fair, I only suggested them because you didn't watch the stiens;gate last time it was mentioned. Chaos;head was cool in an abstract sort of way,but too sparse in all it's selling points to be rewatchable.

Trigun, starts off goofy and escalates around episode 7.

Gotta suggest the first fullmetal alchemist. Not that it's really re-watchable, the first iteration was good. Don't watch conquer of shimbala.

Stiens;gate Drama cd Y. Alternate worldline where okabe is a sern spy and would eventually grow up to be the dictator of the world if he stayed.

Not sure if I've ever recommended kara no kyoukai, plus it might be hard to find without a torrent. But it's a non linear plot about a girl with a composite personality. There's also a fair amount of gore and shiz

Baccano is another non linear plot,but it's about a large ragtag crew in the 1920's who stumble onto some weird

on a train.

That's pretty much all I got besides rewatching water 7/

Have you watched Higurashi no Naku Koro ni? It's kind of like psychological thriller thing, so you might not like it. *Shrugs*
