while invading the pacific through the Canal isn't possible as long as Yama has his air craft carriers and he's smart enough to keep them alive awhile but..not forever

Germany had a small transport fleet that could be easily sunk by the superior IJN vessels.

Also, no foreign armed support is allowed. Germany can only rely on their own power and not bolster their ranks with Asian anti-Japanese volunteers.

The Japanese navy was more than capable of combating submarines, as their own were of the same quality and more numerous.

If you want this to be realistic, then Nazi Germany would be at war with most European countries. If Germany is going to get all their superior resources, they need to conquer the coal mines of Eastern Europe and receive iron ore from occupied Norway. And thus, Germany must be at war with their historical opponents (Poland, France, Norway, Denmark, Czechoslovakia, the Soviet Union and the British Empire).
Because I find it highly unrealistic that other nations would stand by and wait if Germany had occupied much of Europe and then suddenly sent their entire military force to the other side of the world.

The US reasoning for nuclear bombing Japan was if they didn't, they would fight to every last man, woman, and child even if it meant the destruction of their country and people then lose.

If this was true then I'd have to say Japan would win on that alone.

The reason why the US went with nuclear weapons is because they saw how brutal a superior and well trained army vs masses of canon fodder was...when the Nazi's essentially wiped out over a quarter of Russia's male population..

the sheer brutality and horror of Hitlers invasion of Russia and the sheer amount of death it brought the country was why the US refused

in fact they expected to slaughter about 20-40 million Japanese if memory serves in the opening three days of the invasion

that's in line with the casualties the Soviets suffered

the US wasn't about to commit to such a catastrophic loss of life

Germany on the other hand was perfectly willing to do it..and did it and Russia only survived it because of a combination of Hitlers idiocy and the fact that the largest industry in human history decided to give him the middle finger over Normandy

they don't have the same problems here..Japan is horribly screwed..

And I would like to see a tank general command a naval invasion, facing one of the best naval commanders of the war.

30-40% of the German Army would die before reaching Japan.

Rommel's skill is easily seen in the Invasion of Normandy where Germany fought against many Allied forces and caused ~120,000 casualties, while lost 113,000.

to be fair Germany did have some amazing generals besides Rommel - many of them ended up surrendering to US troops from what I recall

one of them managed to faint out Bradley and Patton while surrendering and haul ass back to a stronger point to regroup

that's no small feat of brilliance- considering just who he faked out
