Kishi hasn't forgot, there are just more important things going on. How in the heck is Naruto trash? He has no time to go help the Kages while fighting Obito and Madara and it's not like he could do anything to help them if he did since he doesn't know any medical ninjutsu. The best he could do would be to restore their chakra with Kurama's help, but he didn't even know about that ability until a few minutes ago.

About the sensing orb: It's responding to to the power of the Juubi and the entire shinobi army amassed in one place. IIRC the orb wasn't made yet at the time the speech was given and the Juubi probably has a lot more chakra than even the entire army.

I think what he means by trash is that Naruto has not mentioned this to anyone since he was told by Madara. He did not say to Bee, Kakashi and Guy, hey can you go help the kages cause ive got this down DATTEBAYO. He had not said this to the army either.

Yeah everyone else was sent away. This is why I questioned the point why did they not tell anyone about it.

I think what Tsunade meant by special jutsu, was her regenerative jutsu on her forehead. Maybe I'm wrong?

We do not know yet but I think that it is a justu like the one that Chiyo used on Gaara. Except she is much stronger and so she will kill herself to revive the other 4 kages.
Maybe that was what the spike on the map was, or maybe it was not? (I wish there was x-files music here)
