We've seen Observation Haki from Coby.............I don't really pay attention to him at the moment since him and Helmeppo aren't exactly what you call "strong".

Coby and Helmeppo really have nothing. Helmeppo more so than Coby. I don't remember Coby using any Haki that he had control over and Soru would probably be the equivalent of Shunpo in this case, especially since Coby's Soru was so low tiered that PTS Luffy saw it coming pretty easily.

I really don't understand why people imply that Coby and Helmeppo have some massive advantage, other than being together and a restriction. Ukitake is one of the fastest characters in HST, he has almost 200 years of experiences (which is more than Coby and Helmeppo have times ten) and the fact that he can fly open Senkai gate and spam Kido.

Also, you are quick to say Coby is a captain but most of you forget Ukitake is a captain as well!!!

I don't think we've seen any offensive skills from Coby or Helmeppo at all. That alone puts Ukitake at an advantage. Helmeppo gets taken out easily with kido, Coby may be able to dodge for awhile with Soru...but eventually he'd get tired or caught off guard.

Coby has a feat of being punched in the face by Luffy. Helmeppo has a feat of standing and talking. I don't how much stronger they've gotten, but by current feats, Ukitake stomps them both into the ground, twice. Then goes to buy a sandwich.

That's what I'm saying. Coby and Helmeppo are Buggy level, if not lower. They have absolutely nothing that helps them other than the fact that Helmeppo has his swords, but he hasn't shown Rokushiki, so the speed difference nulls any help that'd be. Coby just has the Rokushiki, but I highly doubt that'd help him in the slightest seeing that Ukitake can do the exact same thing and has probably done it for hundreds of years.

Coby being captain means what? That they're basing his strength off of hype? Well, Ukitake went toe-to-toe with Yamamoto, so his hype still places him at a large advantage.

Even without his sword, he's got kido and experience. Everyone says the opposite of me, but I'm looking at a low-difficulty for Ukitake.

At the worst that's gonna turn out for Ukitake is a tie with Coby.

Nobody implied that Coby and Helmeppo had that good of a chance, let alone win

Also, OP Captain ≠ Bleach Captain. Otherwise, current Tashigi would be among Toshiro

I think its pretty easy to see that Ukitake wins easily, even without his sword. The One Piece team is 2 characters who haven't shown anything at all impressive.
