Naruto IRL (habits, handsigns, etc!)

Hopefully others post replies so I don't look crazy. 0.o

Are there any things you do randomly or regularly that involve or were inspired by things from Naruto? Here's a few I do, for example.

-Forming the basic handsign (like the huge ones in the chunin exams.. not sure of it's title :x) and making random jutsu for whatever you're doing, like "Car door open Jutsu!"

-Practicing the handsigns for Raikiri hoping with every fiber of your being that there'll at least be a spark.. although there never is

-Making random things into your ninja way, like "Always add tabasco to your ramen, that.. is my ninja way!"

-Using a series of gentle fist "high fives" with your friends

Probably forgetting a few, will update as I remember.

- Whenever I know that things will explode, I hold up two fingers and say: "Katsu"!!

- And I allways remember my ninja way, its a lill bit more serios than yours, actually, its the same as Lee's ninja way!

I memorize certain handsigns for certain jutsus. Raikiri, kuchiyose, various mokuton jutsus, shadow clone, fireball, etc.


I would always use kuchiyose no jutsu on my chickens. So fun.


Sometimes I run with my arms behind at night when I'm outside in the back where no one can laugh at me.

and I often wear leg weights whole days, even at school, just like Rock Lee!

Haha that's not my actual ninja way, one of my Naruto IRL habits is making random things into a "ninja way" just for that moment! Like if I'm doing my hair, "always add hair paste when damp, and immediately blowdry.... that.. is my ninja way!" xD

Yes, I also do the running thing as well.

-When using paper plates, I set the table by throwing them like shuriken!

I'm a major ramen addict. I can't go a week without at least two packets and go into withdrawal if we have none at home. Even ordinary noodles will suffice but we had nothing this week and I was like eeeeeggggggggggggghhhhhhhhhhhh until dinner today where there was vermicelli.

-sitting in class doing the hand signs for Chidori everytime someone annoys me, but then they look at me funny...XD
-Using the motto from Gai's team "Stronger than you were yesterday" everytime I feel like giving up on something
-Planning on getting an ANBU tattoo Halloween 2013
-Randomly shouting out quotes from Naruto that I find amusing, which no one else ever gets unless I explain it to them, and even then...-sigh-
-Going through days that I find really boring, and imagining I have my favorite Naruto characters with me
-Listening to Naruto Openers, and then getting them stuck in my head for the rest of the day, so I'm humming them while doing the most menial things XD
-Wearing my Sound Village headband on my hip nearly everywhere I go!!
-Running with my arms behind me when no one's watching
-Jumping on narrow objects and feeling like a ninja going defensive

What I do, is practically a disease XD It's bad, it's really bad, isn't it?

Hell yes, I pretend my dog is a ninja hound, whenever I am forced to do chores I pretend it is a mission, and Naruto is the only reason I ever decided to start martial arts. Without the show I wouldn't do half the stuff I do now.

Basically half the stuff the girl posted before me does.

Ah yes. Can't forget about the secret finger jutsu. And no. I've never tried it on another human. Just my chickens. And they go flying. It's hilarious.

@guitargirl I do all of those xD Except the headband, I loost mine somewhere :/

-Does anyone act like different characters depending on how you feel? Like depressed= Sasuke, calm= Kakashi, overly excited= Lee/Guy/Naruto?

-Listens to playlist of Naruto background music when doing everyday tasks

I eat ramen a lot. Of course, I did that waaay before I even discovered Naruto.
Sometimes I say 'Believe it' (That's just the dub thing, though, right?)
I almost always wear a Naruto symbol. Wether it's my Konoha symbol necklace, or headband.
I also wear Sakura's boots to school frequently.

Sometimes I string a few handsigns together (for no jutsu in particular) and I often sing or hum Naruto songs/tunes that I really like. I have a fake leather jacket that looks just like Kiba's, and I wear that around every now and then. And as sad as it is, I often talk to the characters in my head. Particularly Kiba. Real life is just too boring.
