None of that matters. They're both the same in the end. My statement still stands, Naruto has no romantic feelings for Hinata regardless of how "passive friendship" NaruSaku is.

This isn't true, Naruto said himself he will confront Sakura after he brings Sasuke back, that way if she does accept him, it'll be because she wants to be with him, not as a backup, and as I last recall, Sasuke isn't back.

No it doesn't, in fact, it hurts Naruto because Naruto had to settle since he couldn't have the girl he wanted since the beginning, it's sad that people concentrate on side characters' feelings & not the main characters.

OK, like I said many times - I haven't seen much of Shippuden and even not fully Part 1.
I mostly jump in for some "cool" moments here and there, that I accidentally hear of.
Oh, and I have no wish to actually waste my time on watching the entirety of it, just saying.
But from what I did see, just one question:
If you ask Hinata, why she likes/loves/whatever Naruto - you're in for a wall of text (in case you switch off her stuttering) of what he did or said, that impressed or affected her.
If you ask Naruto, why he likes/loves/whatever Sakura - I somehow have a feeling you'd get a general answer of "I just do" or maximum "she's cool".
Seriously, can you quote me (manga/anime/whatever) anything what Naruto said on WHY he likes Sakura???
Hinata explained herself explicitly many times, I doubt I need to quote.
(Chuunin exams to start with, she doesn't mention the name, but it's obvious; then Pain moment is even more explicit.)
I'm yet to see same thing on NaruSaku...
Thus, I conclude - obsession or attention need.
You're free to counter it, but with actual quotes or pages/episodes.

Oh, and as of your last point.
I typically concentrate on feelings that are backed up and/or explained, rather than on "default" ones.
Regardless of the person.
Also, I tend to take the side of nicer/kinder/better people, when it comes to ANY type of rivalry (not just feelings).
And I tend to admire people, who themselves admire those, that are able to overcome life hardships despite all odds and without being broken by that (and without developing hatred towards anything or anybody).

Sakura yes it was love at first sight. But they were on a team and their relationship grew. Sakura may not have known him personally but she loved the cool bad boy act. She saw Saskue in the best and worst of times. If she did not know him/love him she would not have protected him and asked to walk down the wrong path. SakuSasku has a unique kind of love. She loves him for his personality and his looks. They did get to know him. Afterall his personality was cool and mysterious. Nobody really knows him deeper than that.

what's POAL? Naruto is not mature he still uses Sexy jutsu. His love/affection for her just decreased IMO. Naruto does not like her as much as Part 1. If Sakura told Part 1 Naruto she loved him he would go crazy. When he was fighting Garra he was obbssesed with protecting her. Yet when he turned back into himself after CT/Kyubi incedent he asked if the villagers and specifically asked if hinata was okay. Naruto is more interested with Saskue and training then Sakura.

In a perfect world She will go with Lee.
Lee brought out the best in her and he loved her at first glance and still does.

In the manga (a not perfect world)
She will go with Saskue. She loved Saskue since the start. She was destined to be on the same team with her. She has shown the most love and emotion towards Saskue. She was prepared to make huge sacrifices for him. She even wanted to kill him out of love. They have a unique love story and I love their pairing.

In a courrputed evil world that makes 0 sense is NarSaku!
Their feelings for both are very unclear IMO. Sakura clearly still has feelings for Saskue and Naruto's love decreased for her in Part 1 -Part 2. There have been increased more Naruhina moments. And Hinata really loves Naruto

You are correct. Naruto put his feelings aside for Sakura he finally realized how much she loves saskue. He realized how much more loved she has for saskue instead of naruto. Her tears and her pain made him realize that NaruSaku is not possible. Like you said he put her feelings first. And since saskue makes her happy he wants to get saskue back for Sakura (and himself) so that SasuSaku is possible. Sakura still loves saskue and naruto wants Sakura to be happy

Well, I have very confused attitude towards SasuSaku too.
Cause in order to LOVE someone, you need to know one, and this doesn't seem to be much of a case in SasuSaku - she started off as a FAN GIRL, the same way a huge number of other FAN GIRLS did.
Meaning (and yes, very much opposite to the NaruHina case) that Sakura didn't grow feelings based on Sasuke's ACTIONS, but rather his STATE aka "COOLNESS" as being "THE BEST STUDENT" or "THE UCHIHA GENIUS".
Those weren't his personal achievements, but rather his natural skills (or worse, external image factors).
That's how FAN girl/boy thing actually works - it idolizes a person, disregarding one's actual actions in the face of one's "POPULARITY IMAGE".
Sakura fell a victim to it and later on convinced herself that she actually loved him.
Dunno, but I disagree with such a view.
To make you NaruSaku-over-NaruHina guys calm down, just a few words.
Like I mentioned before somewhere around here, Hinata definitely didn't fall a victim to Naruto's "popularity", simply for the total lack of such.
What she did do, was get overwhelmed by his refusal to give up or step back whenever facing bad odds, starting with that bullies fight.
She began admiring a boy, who ignored being constantly bullied and hated, but kept being cheerful and loud about his future dream, no less to become a Hokage.
His courage was what made her like him, and this was due to his actions, not some default status.
This is why I strongly support NaruHina AND funny enough I have an inkling towards LeeSaku, cause Lee is also a very admirable guy based on his actions, starting with his shinobi specifics in being Taijutsu-bound, yet a great ninja.
Whilst I see NOTHING in Sasuke to admire, rather a lot to loath...
But I guess Kishi is more into SasuSaku, which really funnily seems like Kishi himself fell a victim to the "UCHIHA IMAGE no JUTSU"...
