Well why don't we advertise bleach?
Put images in our sig that are not owned by viz.
We could get alot of people to watch it.

BFV, technically, can be revived. Advertising in your sig is one way, although I'd ask how you'd put an image for Bleach FV that isn't Viz owned. However, the soul of BFV that kept it so interesting is gone. That was the combined effort of the the people that have left us. ;_;

I thought that Seph, being around for so long, should know that this task is only but a dream in a light blue sky. You can try though, there's always room for that American 'I-can-do-anything' spirit. Key word is: "If" you manage to revive it, it will only be a matter of hours before is dead again.

This image is not owned by viz.

It is owned by hulu. I saw some rules that said it was okay to do this.

Although you are technically correct with it being allowed, you still shouldn't do it and I will simply request you remove the image now. Even though it's the thumbnail for an episode, Bleach is a popular enough anime that that stuff can be an issue. If people think that it's alright to have those images on the site, they'll do it and it'll end up being copyright infringement even though it started out with the best of intentions.

Simply put: Better safe than sorry. Just avoid it if possible.

Really, all we can do is advertise the section with text-based links in our sigs. But really, BFV wasn't popular in itself. It was the community that created it that kept it alive for so long. A true revival of the section would only come from a revival of the community, with unique persons doing unique things to interest others.

This, like any other RP, can only thrive on the individuals the make it. Not how much they do, but what they do.

BFV was better when it was in chat's clubs and families section because it was easy to get members who weren't familiar with the series or rp at all. That's how they got me.

If it's any plus, Quincy are now capable of using a bankai. So any Quincy character in BFV would start off at shikai level and be capable of going into bankai with something that doesn't relate. Ultimately, they may now be the most flexible when it comes to their abilities.
