Thus Ginjo did steal all of Ishigo's Fullbring abilities. But not all of his Shinigami and Vizard(and apparently Quincy) powers

Clearly you're the lazy one since you didn't bother to re-read the whole chapter.

then later

Thus Ginjo was able to steal all of Ichigo's shinigami powers that merged with fullbring, but nothing more than that.
