dragon style:dragon armor
With this jutsu,my durablity increases and i become even more resitant to heat.

Dragon style: fire breath
I let out a breath of fire from my mouth that has a tempiture of 300 degress.

Dragon style:dragon transformation
Dragon armor:This jutsu allows me to turn into a half dragon. Making everything but my face,dragon like. I also grow wings.

Dragon style:winged blades
Dragon transformation:This jutsu takes the scales off my wings and throws them at my opponet at high speed. The scales come back soon though.

Dragon style:dragon explosion
Dragon transformation:This jutsu allows me to let loose a giant fireball that will result in a huge explosion if it hits something.

Earth Style Technique- Creates small pillars of earth, small tools, and small shields of earth.

Earth style Aggravated Rock Technique- By performing the needed hand seal the user will release a body of earth that will allow the user to temporarily petrify anything that comes into contact with it.

Earth style World Shaking jutsu- The user will concentrate and release their chakra into the ground to create a small tremer that can result in harming the enemy target.

Earth style Earth Spear- The user flows chakra through all parts of their body increases their defensive power to its utmost limits by making the skin as hard as diamond. Furthermore, the destructive power of physical attacks is increased, making this a great all-purpose technique. The amount of techniques that can break through the areas hardened by the Earth Spear are close to zero.

Fire style:big bang
A small fireball appears in the users hand. If the fireball touches anything,it will result in a huge explosion. Mainly used for surprise attacks.

Fire style:Azula flames
Blue fire appears all over the user's body,making anything the fire touches,disintergrate.

Normal jutsu

As hozuki said,you can't have all the elements. 3 is the highest number you can have. As shown that mei and onoki only have 3 and no more.
Fouaka had all 5 but that was different.

Yes. But know that Fuka is a filler character, not an actual character. Still now, the only ones capable of mastering all five elements are Rinnegan users.

Well I have that's her Kekkei Genkai's ability for her to be able to use all five elements, like the many different kinds of dragons, now if you would like to to only have one of each jutsu, I will gladly do that. Plus Kakuzu could do all five elements too.

OK personally I didn't really have a problem with you having all five elements, I actually thought it was kind of cool, but I'm trying to keep this as drama free as possibly can, so, so that no one complains about your character how about you pick three elements that you like the most and just use those.

I didn't say that anyone was complaining, but I just wanted to fix the problem before everyone started to complain because I think at least two or three people on here were talking about how Kirin wasn't supposed to be able to have all five elements, so before anyone started complaining, I just asked her to fix it.

OK because at this rate, no one is ever going to be defeated so from now on if you are currently in a battle you cannot add more jutsu's to your jutsu list until after you done fighting.

Village: Hidden Shadow Village
Background: Once Seiki reached the age of four everywhere he went things would begin to rot and die off. It was later revealed that his chakra had turned poisonous to other things causing things he came in contact with to rot and decay. They then Named it Rot Style and used many resources to create his one of a kind Living bandages and Living Robes. These items would seal the chakra underneath unless he undid the seal which would undo the badages around his hands, feet and head. This would allow the chakra to leak out and cover his entire body and then slowly cover the area. Now while he couldn't stop the chakra from leaking out he could control what it could and couldn't rot. However because he could not just use his jutsu all the time because the risk to allies he had to train himself in taijustu and has trained in genjutsu control but only in how to release not use genjutsu.

Appearance: He is covered from head to toe in bandages

Rot Style: chakra causes things around it to rot and decay, the chakra comes out as a black color. When caster uses a jutsu the after effects will cause the area to rot and decay until user cancels out the chakra. The ways to defend against it are either to use chakra to form a shield or along those lines in other words good chakra control(however the more times he comes into contact with them the more the chakra shield etc begins to wear away), sealing his chakra or are a very capable medical ninja.

8.Rot Style Hidoi Rotto Reiki no jutsu: user focuses chakra to intensify Rot chakra leaking form his body
9.Rot Style Rotto Doragon suto-mu no jutsu: After forming and signs and using a large amount of chakra user then creates 8 Rotto doragons
