Welcome Challenger to the Namion's City Aquatic Gym!!
My name is Julios the Master of Water-Types!

I Loved water type pokemon ever since I was a lil kid! You see growing up was not easy. I lived in a poor swampy area with my parents. One day a natrual disaster occured and it wiped out my hometown! My mother died that day and my father and I were washed away... I almost drowned yet my life was saved by a Mudkip! We became best friends and from that day I knew what to do! I wanted to be a WATER POKEMON MASTER!! The Best Anyone would ever know!

But Life has not been easy! My father Maxine became corrupted and became the leader of Team Aqua! He promised me that he could teach me the ways of water types and the world would be a better palce if I helped him! I was a foolish a kid and agreed!

I carried out EVERY MISSION without fail during my days as a grunt for Team Aqua! But Unforunatley, I did not realize how evil the organization was! When Team Aqua failed he ditched us! I was turned into the police and left to rot in prison. Lucikly a trainer was able to stop him!

I lost all hope and I thought my life was over. Fortunately, my Uncle found me and bailed me out! He TRUELY thought me the ways of not only water pokemon but the WORLD! My uncle Wallace became a water gym leader and than THE FIRST EVER WATER-TYPE CHAMIPON!!!!!My grandfather Juan then subsited as the gym leader

After years of training I finally beat my GrandFather and I became the NEW Gym leader. My GrandFather is now the ref so he can watch over me
I can proudly say I never lost as a gym leader.....

....... Well it looks like I got a little out of hand (te-he) I tend to ramble on about how AWESOME WATER POKEMON ARE!
Well Let's get started to see if you will swim... or SINK!

I choose you Jellicent, A huge blue jelly fish-like pokemon jumps out of the water and floats above the water. The pokemon has one eyelash over each eye, mustache-like collars around their heads, no frills on their tentacles and a shorter crown on their heads.

So fight me challenger if you dare! But I warn you I am no ordinary Gym Leader! Come and see the power of the WATER MASTER!!!
I hope you can swim cuz your gonna float when I am done with you *smack talk*

"Don't act like that combo can last forever! We wil just fight indirectly and dodge your moves until your ready to REALLY fight"-I said calmly

The lighting stike headed towards Slowking and was stopped by the light screen!
(slowking took some of the damage)

"Phew that would have been deadly! Starmie already got hit by one electric attack hopefully this will end it!"-I proclaimed

*Light screen cracked and shattered into pieces*

"Psychic, on yourself!" Pool cried out to his Starmie. A pink outline enveloped starmie and it was shot forward, towards Slowking. Starmie was headed towards Slowking at such a rate that it should knock it out cold if contact was made.

"Thundaaaaaabolt!" After the charge, Starmie did a 180 and shot another bolt of lightning at the Slowking. "Nice!" Pool commended. "Now, leader, show me what you've got!"

*Sloking grabbed the lighting bolt with Psychic and turned it so that it would head towards Starmie*

"Okay Starmie, let's go clutch now" Pool said. Starmie was still suspened in the air from the Psychic while the thunderbolt was redirected towards Starmie. "Grass Knot!" Small plants grew under Starmie at a very rapid pace. The grass grew so tall that it wrapped around Starmie and got it out of harm's way. The thunderbolt speeded towards the audience. "Psychic!" Starmie sent the lightning bolt back towards the sky with the Psychic attack.

"Surf!" Two waves from both sides of the platform Slowking was on began to form and try and crash into Slowking. "While it's pre occupied, thunderbolt!" Starmie shot a blazing blast of lightning towards Slowking, while it was being barraged by the water waves. "Now it's time to overwhelm it with Psychic!" Starmie used psychic on the water below and suddenly the water became contained in an invisible container. It started to float in the air. And while the water floated above the pokemon's heads, the platforms that were floating on the water sank to the bottom. The water condensed completely above Slowking and was about to drop when Pool uttered one last command. "Thunderbolt!" The thunderbolt hit the water and electrified it, then dropped downwards towards Slowking, attempting to electrocute it and finish it off.

Starmie instinctively used surf on the water raining down, but there was no water to use it with! The ice pellets rained down on Starmie, making it nearly faint. "Yes, hold on!" Pool called out. "Not very effective. Now pull a final stand with Psychic and thunderbolt!"

Starmie used Psychic on the platform Slowking was standing on and raised it into the air. Then Starmie shot a thunderbolt from it's gem aimed at Slowking, hoping for a critical hit, or something equally as powerful.

As Starmie steadied the platform, Pool yelled out "Drop it!" The platform that was holding up Slowking began to flip over, which should knock Slowking off and force it to the ground. "Thunderbolt one last time!" Starmie shot a final thunderbolt at the Slowking suspended in the air, then fell flat on it's face and fainted.

Slowking then landed safely on the ground looking at his powerful opponent fall.

*rocks were suddenly created above Skarmory and then they fell towards Skarmory! Crawdaunt then jumped from rock to rock and hit it with a close up attack. Then multiple bubbles were sent towards skarmory and then a dark blast ray was headed towards Skarmory! WIth Skarmory's low health and Crawdaunt's speed Crawdaunt should be at a high advantage*

Skarmory avoids the rocks and punch, but fails to avoid the ranged attacks and faints.

"Skarmory you were awesome, not only did you set up stealth rock you also took out the jelly and forced the crab to show all of it's attacks. Return". Skarmory returns back into it's pokeball.

"Hmm, lets fight claws vs claws. Regardless of the effects of time, the coolness that this body encompasses never changes. Carrying the mighty Technican, this is the pokemon- Scizor". An incredible cool looking Scizor comes out of it's pokeball.

"My Scizor is skilled in both battles and pokemon contests. Scizor use Sword Dance". Scizor doses a quick dance and his claws begin to glow and they become stronger.

"Now, lets use that power with Bullet Punch". Scizor moves at the speed of a bullet and attempts to punch Crawdaunt with it's left claw.

"Now follow it up with X-Scizor". Scizor attempts an X shaped slash with it's claws at Crawdaunt.

"Thanks to my Scizor's Bullet Punch, it's able to defeat pokemon that would normally be faster than it".

(oh yeah I forgot sorry lol. Luckily I am a water type so it did not do much)

(all right ! We got that pokemon out of the way. Luckily my pokemon do not have a rock disadvantage so looks like we will be okay. I still have a fighting type move and the field advantage! We can still win this)-I thought

"Wow what a beautiful sword dance.... wait sword dance! Quickly Crawduant get into the water"-I commanded

*Crawdaunt dived deep into the water* SPLASH!!

(With Crawdaunt's field advantage in the water and the effects of trick room Crawdaunt was able to keep up barrely. Scizor followed him into the water and Crawdaunt but his guard up with Brick Break)

*After the rapid attack Sizor then followed up with X-scissor.
LUCKILY!!!
Crawdaunt increased its speed so due to Trick Room it is even slower than usual*

" While it is in the water let's take the advantage! Use Bubblebeam! Crawdaunt fired many bubbles from both claws

"Now follow up with Rock Slide!
Instantly many boulders were created from the sky above and fell towards the pool which hopefully stopped or slowed down Siczor from gettign out of the water.

" Now hit em hard! Blitz next to it from it's blind spot and use your claws to hit it with Brick Break "
Crawduant's eyes glowed and used both claws to wack him back into the water.


*due to my speed increased by Trick Room and being in the water I should have the speed advantage and be able to hit you since you increased your speed ( increasing your speed in Trick Room makes you slower) So overall I hopefully hit you with my barrage of attacks before you were able to escape the water

Pool returned Starmie and began to stare at it's pokeball. "You did great" He said to it, even if Starmie couldn't hear it. Pool put Starmie's pokeball back into it's spot on his belt. He picked up a pokeball right next to Starmie's. "Let's keep it going!" He threw the pokeball in an arc in the sky. When the pokeball fell to the bottom of the tank and onto one of the platforms, it opened with a flash to reveal a purple balloon pokemon floating in the air.

"Drifblim"

Drifblim let out a battle cry. It wasn't very intimidating, it was actually kind of wimpish. "Lesgo! Shadow Ball!" Two of Drifblim's scarf-like arms began to move and became parallel to eachother. A ball that was forged from pure shadows formed in between the two arms. Just looking at this ball allowed some evil thoughts enter into your head. The ball speeded through the air at a rapid pace, leaving behind a visible dark mist in it's wake. The ball was shot right at Slowking, hoping to be fast enough so that Slowking had no way of dodging. (Slowking can't use Psychic on the Shadow Ball because it isn't a physical object, it will be interesting to see how it will dodge if it can.) Pool thought.

"Show me your true strength, leader!"

A dark blast covered the area in a black mist

Slowking then sensed it's foe and fired icebeam from its mouth. A light blue icy beam was shot from Slowking's mouth. Hopefully Drifblim will not be able to react and dodge it in time

Pool noticed the ice beam from the past uses and commanded Drifblim to elevate. Drifblim can control the gas that is in it's body, so it made the gas content rise. In doing so, Drifblim rose out of the way of the ice beam that was shot at it. "Oh, you wanna be like that? Let's dance."

"Shadow Ball, then thunder!" Pool called out to his Drifblim. The balloon pokemon once more formed a ball of pure ghost energy and shot it at Slowking's feet, hoping to trip it up or destroy the platform it was on. While the Shadow Ball was being shot, a thunder cloud formed above Slowking. Some thunder was heard, and then a wicked powerful lightning bolt formed and dropped, aimed to fall right on Slowking's head and knock it out for sure. (Slowking isn't that fast, so it will definitely have trouble dodging this powerful combo) Pool thought to himself.

"hmph nice dodge but that ballon is not like any flying type! We will hit that!"-I announced

Slowking used light screen. *A yellow box formed around Slowking*

(another shadow ball what now Sloking?)-I thought as Slowking used Icebeam and formed a barrier/shield of ice in front of it to take the hit of the shadow ball.

*the shadow ball clashed and intercepted the ice wall. Ice shards flew and the aftermath of the darks shadows hit Slowking*

(are you okay ? Looks like that thunderbolt from earlier did more damage than anticapted!)-I thought

"Well Lets finish this!" ME FIRST!!!

*as clouds were moving and shifting around around Slowking so were Drifblim*

The thunder attack struck Slowking with great power!

*Slowking withstood the attack standing with its eyes closed.... then fell forward taking a nap*

"Slowking is unable to battle Drifbium is the winner"-Juan stated

(Drifblum is a flying type and is in the air and not as too fast so it should have a high possibility of hitting)

*I thow an Ultra Ball into the air towards the empty pool.

"Let's finish this up! Use Rock Slide ! Then blast it away with bubble beam and then Dark Pulse! Now finish up with Rock Slide "

*Rocks formed above in the sky and fell towards the enemy. Then Crawduant shot mutliple fast moving bubbles towards the enemy in one claw while firing a dark beam of energy in another claw.
