Davy Jones vs Blackbeard (including crews and ships)

Two of the most renowned villains from Pirates of the Caribbean face each other in a battle to the end, along with their crews and aboard their feared vessels of destruction.

Who would win?

Location: Calm, open sea far from the coast. Storm is approaching.
Condition: Blackbeard knows how to kill Davy Jones, but not where the key is. Davy Jones knows about Blackbeard's Voodoo but not how to counter it.
Restrictions: Davy Jones may not summon the Kraken. Blackbeard can only control his own ship.

Davy Jones:

Personal weapons: Sword, crab claw
Personal abilities: Superhuman strength, amphibious, immortal unless heart is stabbed, can move through solid objects and teleport
Crew abilities: Mutated amphibious creatures that can survive underwater
Ship weapons: 48 cannons and two powerful triple cannons
Ship abilities: Can dive and travel underwater, cannot be sunk (must be destroyed)

Blackbeard:

Spoiler:

Personal weapons: Large sword, several knives and pistols
Personal abilities: Can resurrect the dead and completely control his ship
Crew abilities: Mostly normal humans, plus four immortal zombies
Ship weapons: 38 cannons and two flamethrowers
Ship abilities: Ship is alive under Blackbeard's command, making it a deathtrap for boarding parties

My own conclusion:

This would be a very interesting fight. Davy Jones has the superior crew and cannot be killed in a common duel, but Blackbeard has four immortal zombies that would be able to kill many of the "fish-people". And who has the better ship? The Flying Dutchman has more cannons including two triple guns, but Queen Anne's Revenge is armed with two devastating flamethrowers. But I don't think flamethrowers would work well since the Flying Dutchman can dive underwater quickly. It would be very difficult for the "fish-people" to board Blackbeard's ship since it is alive and will protect itself at Blackbeard's command, but I think that Davy Jones himself will be able to survive quite easily. Blackbeard has a chance to find the chest if his crew boards the Flying Dutchman, but where is the key? Right, inside Davy Jones coat... and taking it will certainly not be easy. Let's not forget that Blackbeard can resurrect the dead, but if that ability is used too much I might as well allow Davy Jones to summon the Kraken...
My final conclusion: Davy Jones and his crew wins, with quite large casualties.

Personally I feel that it could go either way. It would just depend on which one was having the better day.

Yes, but I added a restriction here: he may only control his own ship. Otherwise it would be an unfair advantage, such as Davy Jones' ability to summon the Kraken.

And if the ships and crews are included? Flying Dutchman vs Queen Anne's Revenge; a heavily armed ship that can submerge against a swifter ship armed with flamethrowers.
