Well, let me phrase it a different way, they always seem to rely on him, though I guess he is the main character but it still seems quite odd, the Soul Society would have been doomed on two or more ocassions if it weren't for one human.

Its probably something along the lines of Bach considers all Quincy as his children or something, and if Ichigo's mom was a Quincy he probably considers her and Ichigo as part of the children also.

But yeah this chapter kinda made me sick. Ichigo's suddenly ever type of being in this series. Human, Shinigami, Quincy, Hollow, had Fullbring. He does it all.

With Kubo you never know.

Someone on NF found something interesting regarding Masaki.

There was a chapter when Ichigo and Isshin were visiting her grave.
However, Isshin and Ichigo named different times when she died.

Isshin said she died 10 years ago but Ichigo says it were 6.


Only one person cal solve this.

Bach must have split himself into Isshin and Ryuken after he survived the fight with Yamamoto. After 1000 years, they've fused together once more. Haschwald, who was acting as the substitute leader, gave Bach the reigns to the Vandenreich and Sternritters after he returned. Thus, begins the plot of the current arc.
You'll see when the dads are revealed to be missing -XD

If you want senseless battles, then go watch some Michael Bay flicks. Battle manga can have all the fighting they want, but there should also be some depth and unpredictability to it. After all, that's what makes them interesting in the first place.

... "power of friendship".. Exactly! I didn't tune in for my weekly two-minute readings of Bleach just to have it replaced with Fairy Tail crap.

And that's the point. We might as we know all the answers, seeing as how Bleach's storyline has gotten so predictable lately. If you haven't been skimming through Bleach, everyone of the major, supposed unexpected plot twists that we've gotten have been complete trolls or turnarounds. Such as Bach having dupe twins. Or apparently being Ichigo's father.

You know what? You're right. Yamamoto does have a secret love affair with Bach. All this time, we've been getting hints throughout this arc, and hadn't even stopped to admire the blank subtlety that is Kubo's storytelling abilities! Kubo just has been dropping hints left and right! Especially at that time when Yama was mercilessly roasting fake Bach's ass to ashes just three chapters ago! Such love!

The "realism and consistency" point wasn't meant to act as critique for the premise of Bleach's universe itself. Instead, I was referring to the story. And stories have to be consistent, regardless of how strange or far fetched its' domain/word is. An example would be Mirai Nikki.

So, Yamamoto's stamina can apparently only handle four attacks?

Again, power scale levels weren't about Misaki at all. In fact, I was referring to Bach's little blonde friend.

No. Flashbacks aren't bad. Flashbacks can be great but they can be a bit of a crutch at the same time.

Ichigo's soul reaper outfit design has the Fullbring influence.

i dont think bach is his dad that would be to much fliping the storyline, but has anyone else notice that bach looks like ichigo's zanpakto that i cant remembers name( he looks like the old man in the sword) family inheritence but theres a back story that kubo been hinting at... Could it be that ichigo is an experiment the human offspring of and quincy and shimigami. Aizen sad he knew when he was born and urahara and issin are keeping something from us. I personally think that ichigo's mom is bach daughter.

p.s. i never got to ask before but when did quincies start living thousands of years
