That's too much. Don't comment on her clothes, because that makes it sound like you're gay, and she might think you are since you said "hang out" not "date," but date is weird. It's really a date, but you say hanging out.

Be like, "Oh, by the way, your eyes are pretty." Smile, and walk away.

Works at my school, but that's because girls at my school fall for all the cliches. I get numbers, so it's all good.

Girls only like being called beautiful if you're her boyfriend. But it's just weird if you're a guy trying to pick her up. That would be like me saying that your gamercard for PS3 turns me on.

When you're in a situation like this, either go towards it confidently or indirectly.

Seeing as that you probably won't be able to go with the confidence, suave route, then it'd probably be better to try the indirect path. Start with a simple question like asking about your math homework or something, and then lead her/him into giving you their number through an excuse that wouldn't make it seem like you were obviously lusting after them or something. For example, "I might need you to help me with my homework later," or "Let's keep in contact so that we can work together on this project."

Usually, it only works with boyfriends/husbands, fathers, and teenage boy bands. But there are exceptions from time to time.

Once I had to do something for my teacher and I went to the sophomore class (well they're juniors now) and while I was giving something to the English teacher, this one guy gets out of his seat and this happened:
"hey what's you're name?"
"tanisha"
"well tanisha, you mad pretty."

First and only compliment I ever had from a guy besides that time I went to the formal in 8th grade and all my fellow male classmates stared at me and when one guy said "I cleaned up nice"
