Possibly, he seems to speak exactly what everyone is thinking, I think that's because of his no emotion training, that he doesn't tend to think about reprocussions of what he says.

Sakura has an ugly personality yes, but she doesn't look ugly to me.
And I don't think of Sasuke as a traitor.
He had no bond with the leaf people to begin with. What's there to betray?
