Make each Awakening have more unique features
-Changing Ultimate/Ninjutsu/Super Ninjutsu
-Change combos
-Have a penalty of sorts, maybe constantly slowly drain chakra after 5 seconds of using it
-Permanent if maintained throughout the match
-Can be cancelled by opponent's attacks
-Add secondary effect to attack (Drain chakra, poison, reduce speed, mix controls etc.)
-Some may decrease player health (like 8 gates)
-Some may increase chakra automatically
-Some last only 45 seconds like in Storm 2-Generations (The OP/large ones)
-Some may only be used once
-Increase character stats, speed, attack power, defense etc.
-For balance only one ultimate per awakening
Addition of Character Abilities, equitable before match, effect character performance slightly.
Addition of Ultimate Counter, (Hold Guard and Triangle with Full Chakra or whatever)
Addition of Secret Jutsu, Like Ultimate but usable once, extremely powerful and requires some special guidelines to be met or whatever.
Addition of Multiple Ninjutsu, Say like (triangle, O is normal ninjutsu and tilting the control stick changes it to something different.)
Make the maps more interactive, destructible, permanent damage, it would be cool to blow up half the map with a planetary rasengan and significantly change the battlefield.
More detailed ingame status conditions
Introduce character moves that have more unique effects etc.
A more detailed data sheet ingame
Ranged attacks can now be used in combos started by standard attack, (I.E O,O,O, Square, O etc.)
More streamlined matchmaking service.
Online tournament play.
Readdtion of Stage changes
Subsitution will require more precise timing as well as the bar management
Addition of unique team ninjutsu, like Naruto+Sasuke= Ninjutsu: Spiral Lighting Spear Combowhatever
Cooldown periods between ninjutsu to prevent spam.
2 vs 2 Online play, 3 vs 3 would be much to laggy, especially with support jutsu

How is that for a list? Although I'm not sure, some of them might be just bad.

very wise post jedort...I was thinking the same thing not to say im so wise but yeah...im glad to hear someone else express this and it makes sense either way all the dlc content will be available to all as well I imagine.

Anyway, I'm getting Naruto's version (Will of Fire) for three (3) reasons.

1) I have Storm 2's Collectors Edition, and the cover for Sasuke's edition looks EXACTLY the same as Storm 2's, only with Tobi's Storm 2 character art in the middle rather than Taka Sasuke's. Itachi's and Pain's character arts are the exact same as the ones Storm 2's Edition had.
If you have Storm 2's Collectors Edition, then I don't see why you'd want covers that are pretty much the same but with just a minor change.

2) Sasuke's figurine has him... taking off his shirt. It would look weird as hell to keep a figurine like that in my room. I'm surprised people aren't bothered by that, but it creeps me out. >_>

I know it's because of his CS2, but it would look uncomfortably suggestive for someone who comes into my room, and doesn't know about the Naruto series. It even creeps ME out so... no thanks. >_______>

3) My favorite character is Naruto, and his pose looks boss.


The Naruto version is a definite go for me. I must admit I hesitated for a moment when I saw Sasuke's version (and not because of him, but because of Akatsuki being on it) and it catches your eye at first glance, but then I saw the half-shirted Sasuke figurine and I was like "No."

I'm sure that other regions of the world will receive their respective announcements soon. I imagine it would be rather foolish of CC to exclude the majority of the planet.
