neji's more experianced,more skilled,more mature nd more hotter dan sasuke... i like sharingan more dan byakugan bt sasuke doesnt deserve it,itachi does..

Neji wins. Sasuke's long range jutsu can be dodged, and once he gets close to Neji he will get his chakra points blocked and he will lose.
