All I wanted to know was how Kakashi killed Rin (obviously not on purpose), but what really happened

This is sorta a training for Obito, probably organized by Madara (my theory still stands).

I think he's done this all on purpose, oh and regarding Tobi's ID, he's a mix of Zetsu and Obito pretty much.

Chapter was awesome, Obito became a monster, surprising though how Kakashi had obtained MS since a kid but never used it till Shippuden.

The Mokuton : Sashiki no Jutsu is kind of like Lucy's power in Elfen Lied, except she has those invisible huge arms while Obito's are visible.

I also think Madara sensed that Obito's MS is special and that's why he chose him.

Of course not be he did not do it on accident

The mist wanted Rin for something that was unobtainable in death so what could that be?

We know Kakashi was a ninja who respected all the Ninja Rules so he might've killed her so she doesn't fall to enemy hands.

Yes Kakashi killed Rin but only to protect his village.

Mist probably wanted Rin for her knowledge
