Objective:
Assassinate a Brute Captain. (Brute with the purple and red armor)

Special:
You will be drop podded onto a jungle planet, and be given a sniper rifle as your first weapon.

I'm dropped onto this jungle-like planet with the only information about my mission is that I have to assassinate a brute. I ready my sniper rifle and head into the woods, keeping an eye out for any enemies.

[It's fine. This mission will probably be shorter than the last one. Once you've assassinated the Brute call, via your helmet a Pelican to come pick you up.]

You sweep around the thicker part of the jungle and don't see any enemies on your radar.

Even though I don't see any enemies on my radar, I still keep an eye out, if not a sharper eye, for any. I decide to find any raised ground where I could stay hidden, but look over the trees to find any sign of them.

You find a small hill just as you hear a patrol of some Grunts.

[Cloukora]

I get down as low and as hidden as I can. While they pass I try to listen in on their conversation.

@Cloukora The Grunts don't see you, [They are stupid.]and they're chatting about how the Brute Captain is going to execute some Marine prisoners soon.

Your mission: Protect a scientist who captured some Covenant technology, and must get back to his lab to use the technology to use for the UNSC.

Special: The scientist has a pistol to defend himself. You will be traveling by foot to his lab. You can hijack an alien vehicle.

i ask the scientist if he is okay

He says he is, and he says he wants to get going, because Covenant will be coming soon.

I take the lead and ask him to stay close and ready my assult rifle and starts walking

As you're walking out of the building he was hiding in, you hear some footsteps ahead of you.

[Bazk]

we quickly go back inside and observe if they are coming to the building and if there is a way to sneak past them

It's a few Grunts scouting. [You can pick up their weapons, or give it to the scientist.}

I hang back and observe the camp, still out of sight, and try to see if the Brute I'm looking for is here.
