Rin is alive, but hidden. She helps implant the new eyes in tobi, like rinnegan.

Also, all I'm saying is Kakashi was in shock that Obito was alive, and more-so that HE let Rin die.

New theory, out of rage, Obito attacks Kakashi, and knocks him unconscious, talks to Rin before she dies, and explains the bunch.
Obito then takes Kakashi back to Madara, and pleads for Kakashi to be spared (after all, Kakashi knows that Obito is alive, he's never going to live it down)
Kakashi get's Koto'd, sent back to the village where he completely forgets about anything that happened prior to Rin's 'death'

All im saying is that i think kakashi is under a genjutsu but since kakashi and obito has a same eye. But genjutsu disrupt the senses so... Partly of obito is affected since kakashi's senses are affected and their sight is the same so i think both of their eyes are under a genjutsu

Just to add up, i think naruto will become the sage of the six paths.
Why?
The Rikkodou Sennin's Shadow has a horn like thing on his head... Remember Jiraiya's headpiece it has a horn like that too and maybe naruto will wear it after all Jiraiya is his master. Their Hairstyle is almost the same but the sage's is a bit longer The tomoe like insignia on their neck (shown when naruto is in bijuu mode) and as jiraiya is always saying when he is battling pain that the rineggan should be used in good ways. Maybe he also taught naruto this and naruto will claim the Rineggan to change the world.
and as i read a post from other people that Naruto has the half and Sasuke is the other half of the sage of the six paths. I think this can be a reason that's why they can't kill each other because there is a tie between them that prevents them from killing each other because if one of them dies the Rikkodou sennin will not be formed and most likely chaos will spread in the shinobi world

it could of easily been a zetzu wood style clone of kakashi as well if zetzu had posed as one of the mist ninja zeztu said orbito was speaking of rin and kakashi in his sleep for awhile and we all know obviously madara is shrewed and obviously through his zetzus was able to keep an eye on konoha

I think that is the Uchiha aspect. Hashirama's DNA was used with the flower to grow/give birth to a new being, White Zetsu. Madara also gave/injected his DNA into the flower to grow/give birth to the black zetsu.

So black zetsu has a partial ability to record that came from the sharingan.

Doesn't explain how Obito can view the recordings though.
Or how B. Zetsu can see from like a Mile away.
