Sakura is by far the most annoying. I think her behavior in part one is self explanatory.
People say she "got better" in shippuden I disagree. While she might have stopped the Fan-girling Over Sasuke every five minutes, she is still annoying. Kishi might of tried stuffing her character with hopeful quotes and a new trick or two, but she still remains flat. The whole 'I'm holding a kunai, now somebody save me' thing makes me want to bang my head against a wall. TenTen could do more damage with a kunai than she ever could. She constantly puts her teammates in danger, what's with that! Does she not understand when it is a bad idea to purposely dive into a situation where you will inevitably get hurt, an need someone to rescue you.
She hogs the main female lead spotlight, and what does she do? She cries. That's what she does. Usually over Sasuke, or guilt for a situation that she has eithr made worse/not helped.
Apparently she possess these amazing powers, but where are they? Apparently she has a great and likable personality, I don't see it. Let's not forget her critical importance to the plot...sorry getting a bit ranty here.

Anyway in short. She's annoying, please replace her.

Most Annoying Naruto character is Naruto himself. His gung-ho drives me crazy i like people who keep quiet and get the job done like Itachi or Madara.

1. Choji - Fat, whiny, follower. Flips out if you call him fat. Super butterfly wings when he grows. timid.

2. Hidan - should be most annoying, but kakuzu is my favorate character so I can deal with him being around. His screams and cursing are lame. The way he looks after licking your blood is lame.

3. Kiba and his dog Akamaru. It was lame for a ninja to rely on a puppy for his skills. Still lame to rely on a dog.

#1. Karin - I hate it when she just stands there saying "SASUKE-KUN!!" I mean yelling out his name when he's fully aware that someone is going to attack him is pretty annoying. In all honesty, I can't stand her voice

For me, there's a tie between Sasuke and Hinata.I don't like Sasuke's arrogant character and the way he thinks that everything bad in the world has happened to him.And it annoys me so much that unlike Gara or Neji,Sasuke is so stubbornly stuck to his absurd ideas and never listen's to Naruto.But on the other hand,I still feel sorry for him.Ofcourse,there's nothing like Naruto and but I might have turned out to just like Sasuke if what had happened to him happened to me too.However,in the recently released manga chapter Sasuke becomes confused when he finds out that Itachi died for his village,that his true allegiance was to the Leaf village.He needs guidance and I hope that he will eventually come back to the right path.
To be honest,I like Hinata's shy character.She is trustworthy but I just wish that she would get over Naruto.It would be very difficult for her but she should just accept that naruto doesn't love her and have some confidence in herself.She can do anything.She just underestimates herself.That's what annoys me.

All this Hinata hate makes me sad . I'd go so far as to say that, from pre-time skip, she's the character that's grown the most significantly. She's just a bit shy :P.

Who do I find the most annoying? Whoever lets all these nameless ninja graduate from the academy. The one's who's only attack is "Run at them with a Kunai and attempt a thrusting motion" or "Throw a single shuriken and act surprised when it never hits anything". Whoever it is should be slain.

Which named character do I find annoying? It's a mix between Choji, Ino and Tenten. They've not go any real character traits that I find annoying, except Choji who's only just learned that sometimes, a ninja has to hit people. They just annoy me because I feel like they're only there because they have to be to balance teams out. "Lets just put in some bland guys so that we can have some more teams".

Sakura is annoying for sure. She is and always will be, even if her tantrums have decreased slightly in shippuden. I hate how she keeps hitting Naruto all the time. In know it's meant to be for "comic relief", but I just find it annoying. Plus, she's a real crybaby to top it off.

Karin's bitchy and rude personality makes her annoying too. She always has to argue with everyone and starts fighting with Suigetsu over nothing. Sure, she's useful and all that, but I wish she'd focus more on her abilities than worrying about Sasuke all the time.

Hinata used to be annoying in the beginning when she had to moan "Naruto-kun!" all the time, but other than that I don't have any problems with her.

There are a few characters who have personalities I don't like very much, but in terms of annoyance, I would have to say Sakura. She's a lot more useful in Shippuden (the fight with Sasori was awesome), but she still whines and yells so much.
