BIjju
-WHy would they implant part of a bijju into a fodder med ninja? WHy go that far and I doubt Rin would get captured... AGAIN!! I like the thory but I hope it is something MORE Juicier

Genjutsu
-NO WAY!! That would be lame! Plus the Sharigan would be able to tell if someone was in a genjutsu

Yes... about this I think Obito can't detect it since it is his own sharingan + kakashi is noob at the sharingan and can't control a genjutsu for himself

It is not about "contolling" the sharigan. The sharigan sees chakra as colors so I believe it is just looking at your foe

I mean he cant control the genjutsu that has been applied to him and genjutsu disrupts the senses of the target to make an illusion but still its just a theory

Maybe the Armor Guy (the original Toby?) implanted/created a scene in Obis brain (not like genjutsu, more like implated memories)? Or he could simply take the control over Obis sight and make two random ninjas appear as Kakashi and Rin?
I mean, in the time of Obis abscence they sure have investigated who this Kakashi and Rin are (Obi's been talking about them a lot and this could awaken Zetsus/Madaras interest) and learned stuff about their jutsus, appearance etc.

Oh btw, how come Obis and Kakashis sharingans don't connect in previous chapters where they are next to each other on the battlefield??? I mean Obi or Kakashi could use it to know which attack is the opponent going to use...
