You can't change it whenever you want, there's not an option for that.
You can ask a Quasi mod if you want to, they can change it if they find it reasonable.

Only SRhyse approves name changes and you have to have a very very good reason as to why you would want your name changed.

So, if you're lucky enough to contact SRHyse personally and give him the reasons of why you want your name changed, you can do it.
Your best chance is using Sajuuk as your way to contact SRHyse, since he's Rice's[1] lackey.  Wish you the best of luck on your quest to changing your username. [1] - Rice is SRHyse.
