Sasuke vs. Sai, Sakura and Yamato

After perusing PoP's Sai vs. Sasuke thread I decided to make a rematch thread.

Sasuke vs. New Team Kakashi sans Naruto. (i.e. Yamato, Sai, and Sakura)
Restrictions: No MS Powers for Sasuke
Battle Location and Conditions: Same as when they first fought, manga knowledge of all events that happened after their encounter.

Has New Team Kakashi shown enough new feats to take down Sasuke or will the results be the same?

Sakura dies first. She got in the way.

Sai and sasuke go one and one while Yamato finds the perfect moment to trap sasuke. Sai makes the final move and kills him.

I say Team Kakashi wins, the first time they ran into Sasuke they were merely victims of the plot.

I disagree that Sakura would just up and die right off the bat, I believe that if she plays the role of the healer and stays out of the way, evading Sasuke's attacks and then using her chakra enhanced strength to attack him, but only to get him away from the others while she s trying to heal them she will do just fine.

Sai could use his ink to make the bird and blast Sasuke with Jutsu's from above and while he is distracted by Sai Yamato could trap him and they give the finishing blow.

I say Sasuke wins. Sasuke still has his sharingan. Sakura is blitzed by Chidori. Yamato is assed out because Lightning>Wood. Then it's just one on one vs. Sai. Sasuke still has a lot of great feats when he fought Itachi, even though Itachi could have wrecked him if he wasn't using like 20% of his strength lol. You know what they say, When up against the Sharingan, if it's one on one, always run away

Wait sorry I have a few questions.. does Saskue have curse mark?
If not than he loses

Sai takes his team into the sky and Yamato can attack from below or above. Sakura can also heal/replenish their chakra

Does Saskue have kirin? Is Saskue's stats boosted becasue of the possible meds he took?

Eventullay Sai would get enraged though and from there it is over.

Kirin and/or CS2 give Sasuke the win, easily.

EDIT: By "when they first fought" do you mean during the Sasuke Retrieval Arc?

No when Yamato,Sakura, and Sai first fought them so it was in Oro's lair

I doubt Saskue could use Kirin cause he would need to use intense/a lot of fire jutsu. Yamato can put out/counter the fire with his water ninjutsu.... so no Kirin

CS2 uses a lot of chakra so Saskue would not want to use it if he HAD to. Sai would take his team and go into the air away from Saskue so that the team would have time to counter or dodge.

Yamato can attack Saskue from the ground and with the team high in the air they are forcing Saskue to fly.

Now Saskue is in CS2 and he is using a lot of chakra and probably in pain. As he flies towards the team they fly away on the birds. The team keeps their distance and attacks with ink monsters and water/wood style ninjutsu. Also the birds could go in different directions to confuse Saskue and Yamato could always go underground to hide.

Genjutsu is useless with the team being close and their ablity to relase out of it.

Fire/lighting style is countered by water/wood/ink jutsu

Sakura can help her teammates.

Sai seeing his friends get killed would make him enraged and at his most powerful

Overall Saskue loses

Don't get me wrong, I don't like Sakura at all and I hate her just as much as I hate Sasuke, but I won't discredit them just because I don't like them.

Yet Sakura's strong suit is close combat and since she was WAYYY slower than Saskue it does not matter how strong she is cuz Saskue will go for the kill before Sakura even considers killing Saskue

All Sakura is good for in this battle is healing and distracting Saskue and sharing chakra

But if it comes case that sasuke does attack her, I don't think she'd last too long. Unless Yamato or Sai intervene. (another reason for my saying she died first.)
If Sasuke ignores her or can't get to her then Team 7 have the upper hand with having a healer

Oh, then in that case I'm sorry.

However, basically all Sakura needs to do is evade, stay out of the way and heal, but if Sasuke does try to attack her I do believe that trying to break his neck with a punch would be an option.

Sakura is unable to touch Sasuke considering Katon and any other MS technique can catch her.
I'm still convinced Yamato is plot fodder.

He can easily kill Sakura, like someone said above, she'd mostly get in the way. Personally, that's what I think. Yamato isn't much of a threat since his Wood-style is weak against Lightning, right? And then there's Sai. If Sasuke could elimate those two, he'd be weakened, but it's always dangerous to go up against the Sharingan alone. So, personally, I think Sai would fail, even by taking the battle to the sky with his ink-bird tech. I remember didn't Deidara attempt at something like that, but Sasuke figured out how to get his range working? And shoot his Lightning sword into the air? Overall, at this point in time, Sai doesn't know much about Sasuke's abilities. He wouldn't know how to counter very well. Sasuke's actually very intelligent, well coming from his Clan, of course - so his knowledge would lead him to victory.

He's analyze Sai and Yamato's abilites early in the battle, while using Genjutsu as a disguise, possibly.

And, well, he already knows what Sakura's capable of, even after 3 years or whatever.

The team wouldn't know much about Sasuke's newly obtained powers, that's all.

Well, I dunno if any of that is correct, but seems reasonable enough for me. ^

Dude the OP said no MS Power which mean that there is no Susanoo or MS abilities.

Sakura can't touch Sasuke because at this point he has three tomoe Sharingan. Kyuubi Field Naruto > Base Sakura in terms of speed. Again, she's still unable to hit Sasuke, irregardless of Susano'o. Probably because she's such a useless character, so I guess we can't really blame her.

Sai's drawings don't really have an effect on Sasuke for the same reason Sakura can't get near Sasuke. Katon is all he needs to kill something. He's also got Genjutsu on Itachi's level. In the Uchiha Hideout we see Sasuke and Itachi exchanging Genjutsu casually. Clearly Sai isn't on that level.

Again, Yamato is plot fodder to this point, considering his most impressive feat is sealing the Kyuubi inside Naruto.

I agree with you on the Sakura bit. She wouldn't be able to catch up with Sasuke's speed. But i give Sai and Yamato a chance. Since Yamato can "bind" naruto in the kyuubi coat, I think he'll be able to bind sasuke as long as he's distracted. And since sai is fast and highly skilled so I'm sure he'll get the job done.

If there wasn't a limit on Sasuke I'd have been on his side

Powerscaling is not accepted as valid proof here. If we haven't seen it, I'm not convinced that Yamato can do it. As for Sai being fast and highly skilled, I haven't seen it unless you've shown it to me.
