Kakashi is up there in speed. A is faster of course but Kakashi isn't slow.

Others keep there distance.

Kakashi uses Hidden Mist Jutsu.

Yamato uses earth style to trip up A slowing him down.

Torune swarms with bugs

Once A slows down Yamato, Kakashi and Torune triple team A
while Sai Shaft spams ink monsters to keep A at bay.

Team revolt wins.

How would Yamato see in the mist?

Ay knows that Kakashi is the most lethal so Ay would take down Kakashi first. Kakashi is not slow but even IF Kakashi was able to use ONE jutsu by the time he finishes hidden mist Ay would have K.O.'d him. Kakshi can not use the jutsu then move out of the way in time.

Ink animals will do nothing compared to the power Ay has. Choji easily destroyed one of them

Bugs will not be able to keep up with Ay

Ay would run right through the wood-style ninjutsu

He doesn't see. He just attacks in the general area.

That's why Yamato is there as support and to trip up A.

Yes Choji destroyed ONE of them. It's a different story
when you have to deal with Kakashi, Torune's bugs,
Yamato, and DOZENS heck HUNDREDS of ink monsters.
It all depends on what kind of Ink monsters they are.
Obviously something like Ink Tiger takes more chakra.

Once Sai Shaft is airborne, A can do nothing. Whether enraged Sai Shaft can eventually hit A is debatable. Sai Shaft did speed blitz Deidara and Sasori and draw three things. That is getting to A speed levels.

Still call this stalemate.

If deus ex machinas were against the rules than Sasuke would be bottom tier.

But Sai Shaft has shown great speed at other times--such
as while blocking Sasuke and trolling Naruto, Shikamaru and Choji.

I don't think Sai Shaft is anywhere as fast as Ay
and for that matter I don't think Deidara and Sasori are either.
I think their speed is GREATLY exaggerated.

Also it would make sense for Sai Shaft to have gotten faster
while meanwhile Sasori and Deidara have been dead for volumes.

Kakashi's up there in comparison to the rest of Narutoverse, who are all relatively slow characters, including Sai, Yamato, and especially Torune. The only advantage that Sai Shaft has is that he's able to take to the sky.

The right team also has the power in numbers, however, your post doesn't really meld with that sort of fighting style if you have them staying back in the beginning, that is, although they do seem to move around later in your little scenario, which is more like what I was thinking.

However, there's no way that Yamato is going to trip someone with wood that can jump (like all Naruto characters) probably hundreds of feet into the air or so. Also, you can't kill what you can't touch.

Bugs won't do anything because they're not nearly quick enough to touch A at that distance, especially because A will be up in Torune's face in a matter of less than a few seconds, tops.

A runs right through it effortlessly.

Sasuke couldin't keep up with A's movements which is why he used Enton too block his rear when he couldin't react to A.

He would be dead before he got to draw anything.

"If" he hits A, which won't be happening since he has to get close.

Why do people keep saying Sasuke couldn't keep up with A movements? When in fact every turn Sasuke reacted to him. He only would if lost because if the nice he chose to counter him with.
