Oh, was that the problem? sorry about that, well I need help with default rules, rules we can use for everyone so that it will be fair for everyone to use anyone, you know for those of us who are too lazy to make our own custom rules.

OK how about these rules, no edo's, no one shot kills, everyone starts off in base form, they have no knowledge of their opponents or prep.

Their starting distance is 20 meters and the default battleground will be the forest of death w/animals.

Go for Bloodlusted so that characters who should stomp/win would actually do so.

Maybe making a list of all the characters and the amount of slots they take up in a team?

Ex:

Itachi = 2 slots
Shikamaru = 1 slot etc...?

mayb we should have a test run where we can ONLY use konoha 11 (besides naruto or lee)

OK first off what is CT?

Blood lusted would be kind of better since people could argue with things that the person could do and there would be no "it's out of character" arguments against it. Plus these are only default rules for people who don't want to take the time to make their own custom rules anyway so it sounds good.

We still do have OP character problem so I guess we should probably come up with a tier list that tells how many slots a person takes up like someone like Madara or God Mode Naruto would take up 3 slots.

Guy might take up two so then you could only pick on more person to be on your team other than him.

We might need a test run, but BMC does have point, blood lusted Madara could instantly kill almost anyone.

CT=Plantary Devastaion............or Shir Tensi (ALMIMIGHTY PUSH) but I think it is the first one

Genin/Chunnin=one slot (obviously not naruto/Saskue)

I don't think we should completely ban CT, I mean if someone picks Pain they should now what his moves do, if they can find a way to work around CT then they should be able to use it.

I don't really want to ban anyone's moves, but I'm defiantly against one shot kills so I think that some moves should have restrictions. Like no Kumaiing somones head off or things like Koto need prerp (even though I'm pretty sure that Koto really does need prep)

What should we do about Tsukuyomi? (hope I spelled that right)

I still think we might need a list because how many slots would people who don't exactly have ranks like Pain or Kakuzu take up?

Pain/Kakazu are S-rank and they would be 2-3 slots

I think koto needs prep if it was already used in a day

Tsukuyomi may need to be restricted unless it is allowed to funnel chakra inside thier bodies

I guess we can allow chakra to be funneled to break out of it

So Pain and Kakuzu would take up 2 to 3 slots, but we need to pick a number, I'm thinking that they should take up 2.

I also think that with people who have modes or transformations, depending on how strong that mode is, then the slot numbers they take up should go up, so like if Base Naruto (just and example not 100% accurate) takes up 1 slot then sage mode should take up 2 and then beast mode and god mode Naruto should take up three. So if you had the team of Naruto Sakura and Sai and you wanted to use Sage Mode Naruto you have to give up either Sai or Sakura to fill in the slot, but if you want to use Beast Mode or God Mode Naruto you have to give up both Sai and Sakura to fill in slots needed to use that mode.

So basically from what I'm hearing everyone in the Akatsuki should at least take up two slots, except for Konan and Zetsu whom I personally think should only take up one slot and Kisame should only be able to take up 3 slots when he goes into his shark mode.

unless anyone thinks differently of course, should Pain take up three slot or should he only take up two?

I think that Deidara should at least take up two slots, but I'm not so sure about Sasori I'm kind of confused on rather I think he should take up on slot or two.

Kakuzu clearly takes up two slots, but what about Hidan, because honestly I think he should only take up one.
