But its only rumour.
Being pesimistic, I only expect the same characters as storm 2 (including edos and counting nagato in the pain's slot), hanzo mifune, darui, 5 kages, madara, tobi, hakku and zabuza, kimimaru and kin-gin.
42+5+2+3+2+1+1=54
And 4 sasukes and 4 narutos=62
Then add the 4 previus kages=66
IF they want, maybe include jinchus (6)=72
Now we can count Killerbee with samehada as another character with diferent moveset, and tobi (as maskedman and as his true identity) and kabuto=77 more or less (largest roster). And half of them with reused moveset.

If im optimistic... all of them, dan, shinobi gatana, chojuro, ao, cee, kurotsuchi, kitsuchi, akatsuchi (i doubt that one), kotetsu/izumo (1character), kushina, omoi,
77+16=93
Ideally... kurenai, shizune and anko, and sound 4= 100
The other seven? Konohamuru?, Dodai?, Zetsu?, Obito?, Young kakashi? Fuu and Torune?
Yes, in total we can ending having 107 characters.
But that's a lot of work... i dont know.

That's just a minor detail. CC2 like to change some battles, so it's fine to assume they have Sasuke awaken his full Susano'o a bit earlier than he should.

What's REALLY a mess-up is 2:30 at the above video. If you notice, Naruto's headband has suddenly appeared on him out of nowhere, when he doesn't actually have it during that entire battle/encounter. I guess CC2 messed up on those frames or something, and Naruto's having his headband. That, or, since we don't really know the entire battle, maybe he put it on later... for some reason.

Well, I'm gonna tell the twitter guy about it, just in case it's a mistake. It would be really awkward if it is...

Minato's UJ still is about 7 seconds. How are they going to put all of those UJ from previous chars with those new UJ, about 10 seconds, like darui's?

I don't think that's a mistake, just that Naruto put it on after the last scene like you said. I mean it's like the rooftop battle where his headband signified them fighting on equal terms :/

^I seriously hope so, I also think we could use 120 counts on the time for battles, because sometimes you fail to defeat spammers just cause it takes so long to take them down but you know that if you had that extra time you could have defeated them.

I still think we will get about 85 - 90 playable characters. As we for sure (confirmed) have 74+

I hope for ALL Generation characters minus child Konoha 12 / Sand 3 / Kid Kakshi / Obito. Which brings us to 74 - 17 = 57 Generatiosn Characters.

Which gives space for about 30 NEW characters.
- hopefully most of Generations supports (5 - 15) (Altough i guess most of them wont end up playable.
- Ginkaku / Kinkaku (2)
- Previous Kages (4)
- Mifune / Hanzo (2)
- Zetsu / Madara (2)
- ...... (5 - 15)

If we get any supports i'd like to see Kushina, Iruka and all of the parent characters as supports

What i DONT want is that Edo's will take up 2 slots now... 1 for regular and 1 for edo. Much rather see the EDO as an alternate costume as i would realliy like to play as them in living version as well.

And i guess they will still be in but i feel a bit uneasy about those characters because they play no part in the war .... Jiraya, Hashirama, Tobirama, Orochimaru, Hidan. I hope all of them stay in the game.

They have to organize the characters by categories, like 1-Konoha Ninja, 2-Edo Tensei 3- Akatsuki 4- Orochimaru's band (Sasuke, Karin, Suigetsu, etc.) and so on, or else the select screen is gonna be a mess.

for the manga readers there is more new things happening now and we dont know who is gonna appear xD
and if it appear old chars like oro and hidan(less probable) we have to wait for anime to catch up the manga (X
