so Orichimaru somehow takes control of Sasuke's body with the scroll(there is no way he's going to just help Sasuke without some strings attached) and ends up in a 3 way with Naruto/Kage's/friends vs Tobi/Madara vs Sasuke/Orichimaru all going after the Infinite Tsukoyomi?

is this possible, and would it be a good development? thoughts?

exactly, he is trapped in his own mind, in his senses. Once he give up/change he will be free.

And you think that Sasuke would give such scroll to Orochimaru? And that Oro will risk being dead again (he invented this jutsu of switching bodies for immortality, he won't risk again until he got his powers, soul, and minions back)?

And Orochimaru wouldn't go for Infinite Tsukuyomi, he would go for Tobi's/Nagato's (second eye is still there)/Madara's Rinnengan. I mean, Rinnengan's abilities might give Orochimaru real immortality.

And I don't think that he would go as the third side of war. He would probably side against Madara/Tobi - He would be trapped in infinite tsukuyomi as everybody else.

I'm pretty sure he isn't trapped anymore? I'm too lazy to look back for sure, but I thought he responded to Oro taking his powers back.

Na. We all know that if Oro dared to take on an EMS Sasuke he would get wrecked for SURE.

umm no kabuto awakening because of oro's summoning because he realizes he can't be oro I think is more likely

Highly doubt Kabuto would ressurrect Orochimaru for that reason. Doesn't match his personality.
