What are Moderators/Super Moderators/Quasi Admins and what do they do?

A Moderator is one that can lock, move, stick, delete, and edit other peoples posts or threads in a specific section. (Basically carry out any mod actions). They can also give out warning infractions and ban users. There are some special mods called Super Moderators, or SMods, that have universal or global moderation powers, meaning they can moderate anywhere on the forum. Though it is likely they only moderate the sections that they frequent. They are also able to infract people. Quasi admins have admin powers and Super Mod powers.
