Tsunade vs. Thanos

Conditions: Tsunade can heal any damage, does not need to breathe, nor do any of her body parts need to be connected to move.
Thaons has the infinity gauntlet with the six infinity gems which, respectively, give complete mastery over Time, Space, Mind, Soul, Reality, and Power. Thanos is in his own body and has not yet conquered Eternity and become the embodiment of the universe.

Both are in character. Who wins?

Well MCU Thanos has no feats so there's no real way to tell if he can beat Tsunade or not.
