Before I choose which door, I decide to scavenge for ammo, weapons, and other supplies on the bodies of the marine and aliens. Then I try to see if there's a map anywhere before choosing.

You can pickup a Carbine, dual wield Energy Pistols. [If you pickup a weapon you must also drop a weapon] You also find 2 clips of ammo for your pistol.
You find a map that is about 1/3 charred from stray plasma fire. You do see that both doors lead to the ship's bridge, and another door behind you leading to the back of the ship.

[Flood are basically zombies] As you mow down the Flood, mini flood pop out of the dead carcasses. [This does happen in Halo games. It pisses me off.

Using your knowledge UNSC ships, you know that there are nuclear missiles on the Leviathan. You can either manually detonate the bombs, [There's a count down] or use a computer on the ship's bridge.
